Vacation rentals in North Rustico

We had a fabulous vacation at sandbox cottage! Michael was a superb host, and the property was everything we could have wished for and more!! They had anticipated anything and everything that we could possibly want, and the location is superb! It truly is a two minute walk to the beach, and it is just a few minutes drive to many attractions. We visited the Dunes, the PEI preservatives company, and the Anne of Green Gables site while we were there. I recommend this host and his airbnb very highly!!!

Love this stay. We have all the basic stuff we need. Good spot, overlooking the water. We visited early April with snow/snow melting. The road to the house is not paved, but our Camry was able to do it, just gotta be slow.

Great stay, clean and inviting. Comfortable beds and the hot tub was wonderful.

Such a peaceful and rejuvenating stay! Kathleen was incredibly generous and wonderful to deal with. The cottage was beautiful, well equipped and private. I spent a weekend alone but would love to return with my husband and children - definitely worth booking!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. Our hosts thought through many details that make a home comfortable. We visited a local farmers market and spent several evenings cooking in the kitchen which was well equipped with the supplies we needed. The knives were fantastic! We went to a sunflower farm and did a u-pick and there were even vases in the cabinet to put our flowers in. They provided a cooler and chairs for the beach as well which was fantastic. The bathroom and laundry room were clean and well supplied. The living room had a fantastic view of the bay and surroundings. One day at lunch we saw a bald eagle fly by! The stargazing in the yard at night was also phenomenal. The bedrooms were thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. Our hosts were quick and responsive when we had questions and provided easy to follow instructions. Loved our time here, 10/10 would recommend.

Nice base to explore the island.

Ten of us stayed for three nights. The cottage is clean, cozy and relaxed yet there was plenty of space to accommodate all of us. The kitchen is small but very well equipped. We cooked several large meals during our stay without issue. There is lots of outdoor seating available to sit on the deck or around the fire pit. The cottage is private but still close to all the amenities and attractions that Cavendish has to offer. The hosts were easy to communicate with and checkin and out was simple.

We were late arriving so we missed the late 6 o’clock check-in time, but Yolanda had everything arranged telling us where the keys were and how to get in and where to park the car. When we got inside, there was a nice dish of Werthers candies waiting for us. The place was beautifully clean and fresh. We loved the coziness of the wood paneling, and the fact that we were on our own in an individual cabin. All in all it was a great experience and we would recommend it to our friends.
