Si trova in un parco condominiale con parcheggio privato. Ottima locazione, a due passi dal parco Villa Guglielmi per fare una passeggiata o una corsetta, Conad per fare spesa, Mc Donald per i più golosi, ci vogliono 5 minuti per arrivare al centro storico dove si trovano tanti ristoranti con pesce fresco e ottimo ed una bellissima area passeggio.
