Very friendly host! Very nice house like the pictures! Close to Maastricht city center. Bus stop in front of the door, free parking and Uber makes it the perfect location. Uncle very clean and very nice garden! Thank you so much for the unforgettable weekend and your kindness and attention!

Ideal home to relax and unwind with your partner and dog! Everything you need to relax is present: hammock, BBQ, fireplace, bath, TV, speakers both upstairs and downstairs, a blissful rain shower. Quiet surroundings, spacious garden with little passage. Fully fenced so our dog could roam freely and was able to run well because the garden is really large. Supermarket and bakery within walking distance. By car, you will be in Averbode half an hour where you can walk beautifully. Also half an hour in Hasselt if you want to find some more crowds and activity. Definitely worth the effort! I would definitely like to stay here again.

This place has something magical! Such a beautiful setting! at least 40 different birds in half an hour, heard and many also seen. Peace, somehow this place gives hope, and peaceful. I can't say otherwise Go there, experience it! The accommodation is fine, but almost unimportant next to the beauty of this place!

A very nice and comfortable cottage, easy to find, close to downtown Lommel. The space is quite nice for family, and I the parking was very convenient for us. Would stay again.

What a lovely cottage! The appearance and location immediately appealed to us. The fenced yard was beautiful – our dog was able to roam there wonderfully freely and visibly enjoyed the space. For us, it was pure relaxation. Five days actually felt too short... We will definitely come back again. It was really a vacation!

The tiny house was a quiet, peaceful place to stay with the basic things I needed to feel settled: a great couch, windows onto a beautiful garden, a comfortable bed, a fine kitchen, coffee, and a cozy loft. Sjoukje was a lovely host and went out of her way to accommodate me and make my stay easy. She lent me a bike and gave me lots of advice about the local area. I really appreciate her and my time here.

Staying with Miriam is the perfect combination between an oasis of peace and farm life. Mariam provided us with a warm welcome and excellent service. Just like the excellent service, everything in the B&B was taken care of down to the last detail. Our beloved four-legged friend was also welcomed with love from a second. Nothing but praise

Our stay was a succession of happy moments: staying overnight in the cosy tipi tent, enjoying waking up in peace and watching the sunrise with horses around us, delicious breakfast á la Rosita, the educational natural horseback riding with An and Gerdje, relaxing in and next to the pool (heated), playmate Sophie, trek with coaches George and Thomas through the fruit orchards, Gerdjes meditation session, the most tasty Rosita evening dishes, locker with campfire and marshmallows. With admiration, I have seen the sparkling clean accommodation and the unique concept, built by a very warm family who makes hospitality a priority! The holiday surprise for my granddaughter was a hit. An&Sophie&Tomas, Rosita&George and Gerdje, Big big thanks 🌻🌷 We now enjoy after and certainly see you again. Grandma Chris and Lisa

We enjoyed our stay. A beautiful house where you immediately feel at home. The house is even more beautiful/spacious than the pictures show. Communication with Mieke went smoothly! The children / dogs / adults were all happy. There was plenty of space and activity for everyone. We're thinking of coming back!

Karlijn and her family welcomed us very warmly. We felt very comfortable!It was a very relaxed,unfortunately only 3 day trip,but very relaxing. Karlijn is always available for questions and very helpful. I was already allowed to be a guest in the accommodation "Sandy" for the third time, just beautiful!Also for children who love nature, it is really a wonderful opportunity to let off and enjoy!Thanks for the great time!

Great place to relax, very nice surroundings! You walk out the gate and have all kinds of beautiful hiking trails to go...Plenty and more... to experience in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, we really enjoyed the peace, the silence and the privacy that is offered here. Spotted all kinds of birds in the garden while enjoying a drink; Flemish jigsaws, robins, finches, goats and even 3 black with white colored squirrels that we have never seen in the Netherlands, this was a welcome extra during breakfast on our last day. In short, really a lovely cottage where we thoroughly enjoyed. We stayed there for 3 nights, as far as we were concerned, far too short. The house itself is just a home where you can enjoy a lovely hot tub undisturbed, a hot tub and if the weather allows it a beautifully landscaped swimming pool outside. We took really beautiful walks, the gardens in Arcen we had already been but stay beautiful. So all praise !!

Unfortunately, we had not had such a good week, the more beautiful and valuable were the days on your idyllic farm with the animals and the farm garden. Especially our little granddaughter enjoyed "helping" in the care of the animals and walking through the garden. We also appreciate Jerome. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage by the woods. It has everything to ensure a great stay. Also for our sweet four-legged friend. She was able to enjoy herself in the fully fenced garden.

The cottage is as described, it is tastefully arranged and provided with excellent comfort. Pascale is particularly friendly, proactive as well as responsive. We particularly enjoyed this little escape.

Exceptional stay, for my first time in the Netherlands, the cottage was great and perfectly filled this good stay. Air conditioning in the main room, equipped kitchen, clean bedrooms, radiators in all rooms, etc. The location is great, soothing landscape. The walks to the city center are worth doing, it was beautiful to see. Thanks again for our stay.

Very friendly host and beautiful stay. cozy, clean, tidy and equipped with every comfort. Nearby you can cycle and walk endlessly. Out of the apartment, end of the street you go directly into a nature reserve. In the neighborhood cozy dining and shops. Recommended

The apartment is a very spacious and large loft. Very practical and spacious furnishings. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom very spacious.
