Truly a family home. Boris runs a beautiful BnB and lives on the top floor. Great living room, good kitchen, three spacious bedrooms and well equipped bathroom. It has it all, and just in case you would miss anything, Boris will get it for you! All packed in a great architectural house, beautiful and tasteful interior. You’ll enjoy this classic Dutch villa. Free parking! Location is perfect. Inner city walkable, great restaurants nearby. Truly recommend this.

Tim and his wife are very friendly people, who understand what it's all about when you want to spend a night carefree. We stayed at the Coach House with New Year's Eve and it was lovely. All the peace and quiet to spend a cozy New Year's Eve. Tim responded very quickly, was super easy to reach and thought along with us. Thank you very much for the very nice stay and very tasty breakfast.

We spent one night after a long drive, I can tell you that finding the house super clean is a real luxury! Everything was great, easy to access, spacious, very comfortable bedding, a 10/10. I'll go back if I stay in Germany again. Thank you! There may be a small armchair missing on the ground floor to put us all together 😄 See you soon!

We are very grateful that we were able to book for the same day even though it was a holiday. Booking was very straightforward. We were greeted with sandwich and prosecco, and this at 11pm at night. This was just the right thing after our spontaneous long trip. Thanks again.

We were 3 couples and enjoyed the stay very much, very clean, very quiet, everything was available. Sabrina is a wonderful host, she was very accommodating to me. I can only recommend this place!

Communication with Joyce was straightforward and friendly. On site, we found everything exactly as indicated in the description. The huge property is especially inviting for family vacations. Shops for everyday needs are within walking distance. Especially with the number of rooms, it is practical to have sufficient parking spaces. We found these too. We had a great time at Villa Issum and can recommend the place in good conscience.

Business stay to Düsseldorf area

Excellent and beautiful house for a family group. Space enough for all, despite the 3 levels and inside stairs. Even with small kids, all was great and comfortable. We really enjoy to stay in and the garden area it is fantastic. Kids burn a lot of calories running all over around. We highly recommend to stay here. We came here with a group of 16 people to stay. This is not an accommodation for just couples if you want some privacy, but with us this was not the case. We were in a room with 3 or 4 people each time (1 double bed and then several single sofa beds ) Very spacious cottage, beautiful surroundings, beautiful garden! If I sent something to Anouk, she also responded as quickly as possible and very friendly. Very satisfied with our stay here, we will also recommend it to others.

We had an awesome time at this villa. Awesome pool, big garden & a good bbq for the sunny days. A large comfy couch, big tv, and spacious living room & kitchen for the rainy days. Was perfect for a group of friends

Spacious cottage with very good kitchen amenities and above all very friendly hosts!

Everything was nice. But the beds can be of higher quality, they are not comfortable and make noise.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was cozy, clean and perfect for our group of 11 people! The hot tub was a highlight and the quiet area slowing down. Excursions to Maastricht and Hasselt were also easily accessible by car and beautiful. Check-in and check-out was very straightforward, pleasant and flexible. Thank you for a great getaway!

super nice location really something to completely relax and unwind . super nice swimming pool that was neatly maintained, money also for the garden . The fact that we found it a little too quiet is therefore purely personal and has nothing to do with the accommodation, that is definitely recommended
