Vacation rentals with a patio in Mỹ An

Stayed here a couple of nights and really enjoyed it. The apartment was very clean and tidy, exactly like the photos. Quinny (co-host) was very responsive and answered questions I had right away. The neighborhood was lovely. Quite, away from busy, touristy areas - I was living among locals for the time I was there. Recommend staying here if you want more of a local stay while visiting Da Nang, but also near local attractions.

Great apartment for the money. Has a laundry down stairs. Has a great pond which is deep for the fish to swim in. Could be more fish Very comfy bed and AC. Very strong wifi, I saw many digital nomads working there. Would recommend anyone to stay as the location is amazing, close to many Korean supermarket

Everything was perfect. See is in 10 minutes by walk, great grocery shop ("Full market") in 5 minutes, small park just in front of building. Personal was friendly and tried to help with everything. Drinking water and sine snacks were available on reception. I would like to return to this place in future.

We had a great stay at Trang's place The apartment is modern, clean and has everything you need. Looks just as on the pictures with a beautiful view from the balcony. The whole building/block is massive but well maintained and in a perfect location. There is also security downstairs but not like it matters as everywhere around feels save. Trang arranged for someone to pick us up from the airport and she replies quickly in case you need anything. I highly recommend if you are considering this apartment.

Robert's place is excellent. everything is same as described and the price is very reasonable. He is also very responsive and able to be provide flexibility.

We really enjoyed our month-long stay at Nhi’s place in the Mi An district of Da Nang. The studio was spacious (though listed as a 1-bedroom), and the kitchen was well-equipped with enough utensils to comfortably prepare simple meals. The addition of a dishwasher made things even more convenient for a longer stay. Weekly cleaning was a nice touch and helped keep everything fresh. The location was also great — just about a 15-minute walk from the heart of the Mi An area. Nhi was an excellent host: super responsive, helpful, and thoughtful. For example, when we mentioned that the original pan didn’t quite meet our needs, she promptly brought us a brand new one. That kind of care really made a difference. All in all, a very comfortable stay. We’d happily return!

The place is clean, secure, about 2.5km from the city center so it is very convenient, a convenient place to watch fireworks at Han River, Da Nang

Pros: It's a wooden house near the Danang coast. You use the whole house, and the atmosphere is nice. Cons: You have to close the door tightly in the evening to keep mosquitoes and bugs out. There is one bathroom in the 2nd floor bedroom, and the drainage is poor. -> In 30 minutes of inquiring, someone came and took care of the mosquito repellent and drain, and I was grateful (but the drainage was still insufficient) Summary: The atmosphere is the best with nature, and you'll have the spacious house to yourself. Not recommended for those who hate bugs and mosquitoes or those who prefer hotels

I went to Da Nang for the first time and it was a really satisfying accommodation. You can also walk to the beach, and all nearby Korean marts and Korean restaurants are all within walking distance!! I had a good stay without any inconvenience!! I'll visit again even if it's different!

Everything is perfect. The communication with the host was quick and smooth. Common space on a great ground floor, The independent rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors have clean toilets, and the pool in the yard was enough for adults to enjoy. It might be a little deep for a child, but some are shallow, which is the best place for families to stay. It was a pity that it was a little far from the city center where I mainly travel, but it wasn't too uncomfortable using Grab. I would like to stay here on my next visit.

The place is great! The photos actually do it a disservice and make it appear smaller than it is. I think the city was a mismatch, and maybe Da Nang just isn't for us. Hanoi and Hoi An, heck, even Saigon feel better (more street food, feels like there's more to do and lots more to explore). Still, the place itself is nice, clean, and comfortable, so if you enjoy the beach, then this place will do the trick!

It was very convenient because it was near the beach and the mart and restaurants were close. I recommend this accommodation.

I recently stayed at a lovely property in Da Nang and had an amazing experience. The host, Frank, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness made a big difference. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch—spacious, clean rooms with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property also had some thoughtful touches that added to the experience. While the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, it’s still very convenient. Using Grab made it easy and affordable to get around, so I never felt disconnected from the action. In fact, being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle was a nice change of pace. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang! It’s a gem, and Frank’s hospitality makes it even better.

It was very spacious and pleasant, so it was good for 2 families to use. I use a microwave, washing machine, and dryer, but it's okay to use it. They also bring you a towel right away when you request it. If I come to Da Nang again, I will visit again.

Great place and location

I loved my stay here. The apartment looked just like the photos and had all the amenities for a long stay (laundry detergent, shower products, etc). The hosts reached out to offer weekly cleaning and were always super responsive and friendly. Music from the beach can be a little loud in the evening but always stops by 11 or 11:30 (obviously not the host’s fault, just something to be aware of for any early birds). Rooftop pool was gorgeous. Would happily stay again!

Ngoc is superb. Communication is proactive and effortless. Location is just the best. The flat is cozy. Small bits can be better but I found my new regular place in Da Nang :) Thank you Ngoc!

It was a clean and comfortable accommodation on the 38th floor with a view of the sea. Each room has an air conditioner, and the host responds quickly. It's cheap and it's close to the beach. I would like it again next time. I've had a good rest.
