Great stay perfect for what we were after! Location and views were on point! Kayaks were great with the dads and toddlers in the morning and firepit was great at night for when the kids were in bed. Swans can and visited one lovely and one a bit angry but otherwise fine. Road next to the house was a bit busy and noisy but that’s the only fault if I was looking for one. Thank you so much for a great stay for a much needed break!

Fantastic place and location right next to the dog-friendly beach, which we and our pup enjoyed so much! The house is a great retro style.

We had a perfect stay here, the spacious living area was perfect for our stay as we were getting married in Beaudesert and had plenty of room for our bridal party to get ready. We had everything we needed and loved the children’s toy area in the sunroom. Overall a fantastic location and would highly recommended. Helen & Eddie

Enjoyable residence and great for large families. Great location if your planning trips to MovieWorld & Seaworld like we did. Also quick drive down to beach & local Broadwater Restaurants. Nothing really in walking distance, so be prepared to drive. Hosts were great & responsive, however there is a rental property at the front of the house that appeared tenanted while we were there, that wasn't explained, so took us a couple of days to work that someone was on the property with us. Overall, good stay with the family in lovely house.

We felt right at home. Caterina's communication was excellent, giving us detailed instructions about checking in and out, and the expectations for our stay. Highly recommend!

Thanks for a wonderful weekend! Rare to find a place with plenty of bedrooms and beds for a group getaway in such a central location, close to beach, breweries, coles, restaurants and more. Pool was lovely, living areas well presented, and in a very quiet neighborhood.

We absolutely love staying at Kate's place! Every time we visit Boyland/Tamborine, there's no question, we always choose her accommodation. It's become a little tradition for us now. Kate is an amazing host, so welcoming, kind, and thoughtful. The house is always spotless, cozy, and full of those little touches that make you feel right at home. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. We stayed over the Anzac weekend and once again, everything was just perfect. Thank you, Kate, we can't wait to come back!

Dani was a great host! Very friendly and was great in getting back to my questions quickly, despite being away on holidays herself. The place was huge… much bigger than it looks in the pictures, so it was perfect for our extended family. The kids loved the pool and it was exactly what we were looking for. Thoroughly enjoyed our family stay ; plenty of space for all, Plus the pool & spa were a great hit . Not to mention the well appointed kitchen utensils which were extremely clean & tidy & easy to use . Spacious comfortable bedrooms & bathrooms .

Very relaxing feel to this place, catches a lovely breeze, very short walk to dining options, supermarket, beach/headlandand surf club. Loved my stay here!! I would definitely return…

Great little guest suite for 2 people and 2 dogs. Easy drive to Tugun beach and along the coast. Helpful host, and a quiet street to relax after the beach.

Rafael's place is similar to a studio apartment/granny flat. The kitchennete was good. Bed was comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space to avoid clutter. The granny flat had a separate entrance gate even when it is behind the main house. Fully fenced yard and deck at the back. Very good place to stay and not too far to drive to Surfers Paradise. Backyard was great to have for the dogs. We had to go home a day earlier due to the wild weather. He is a very responsive host.

This was my second time to be so fortunate staying at Natalie's amazing lodge. Everything was impeccable and so quiet and relaxing, with the most spectacular, breathtaking views. She provided wonderful communication and everything was there as stated. It's by far the best bang for your buck, gorgeous airbnb I have ever stayed at so far. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. Fantastic location! Super easy to get to Pacific Fair. Good shopping (Coles/Woolworths/Aldi etc) an easy 5 minute drive away. The house is set up to cater for a large group which was fantastic. Plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. Love the egg chair!! Pool table was well used. Seamless check in. We absolutely appreciate you allowing us to stay - thank you!!!
