My rental experience was exceptional. Janaína is a superb host, reliable, and highly communicative. She is friendly and approachable. The property is secure, featuring two secured building entrances with an intercom system and convenient private parking within a gated area. The building itself is well-maintained, family-oriented, and clean. The location offers proximity to a beautiful beach and numerous amenities, combining a small-town atmosphere with ample activities. I wholeheartedly recommend this property.

The apartment is like the pictures of the ad, new furniture, well cared for and all clean. Full kitchen, bed linen and bath in good quantity. Comfortable space for two people. In addition to the structure of the building that is great, a heated pool and a cozy terrace. Great location in the city, close to the beach and close to good restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. Finally, it was a great stay, super recommended!

Great stay! The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable and extremely clean! The building is very well located, near the waterfront and the gastronomic zone of Torres. No need to pick up the car. Angela was super attentive and gave us several tips about the city! Super approved!

Casa do Lago is simply perfect! Very beautiful and cozy, with all that is necessary to spend the days with a lot of privacy and tranquility. It is well worth waking up early to see the dawn in the lake and feel the peace of this place. You can see the care that Adenildo and Márcio have with this space, in addition to receiving the house very clean and organized. I hope we come back one day and be welcomed again by Seu Machadinho's sympathy:)

Everything was great I highly recommend it.

The house is great. It has all the amenities we needed. The fact that it is so close to the beach makes trips to the sea easy, without a car, and we are quickly back home. The condominium is safe and very quiet. We found the perfect house for our needs.

The house is simply spectacular and perfect for families. We spent 4 extraordinary days. The condominium infrastructure is excellent. Next to the beach. Quiet place. Everything is extremely clean and organized, and the house is super well-equipped. Dona Sonia who accompanied us during these days is a love of person, very careful, helpful and concerned to accommodate us well. We really feel at home.

We loved the house, it had everything, very clean, and comfortable. Communication with Edineia always fast and flexible . Friendly neighborhoods, has a nearby market that has everything and a wonderful restaurant with lots of variety and great price. The beach is truly a paradise.

The space is perfect! We were very well accommodated. House with air circulation, without that characteristic smell of beach. Great bathrooms! Excellent refrigerator conditions. Very clean and illuminated house! we indicate. Perfect for rest and close to Torres to search for other amenities such as a bigger supermarket and bars, restaurants!
