We booked this place at short notice because we were traveling in the area. We received a very quick response from Omero and we were able to get to the accommodation within half an hour. Very friendly and good recommendation for the restaurant Villa Nappi, food was excellent! We had a problem with our car (we were able to solve it in the meantime), but Omero still wanted to help us, even though he wasn't responsible for it. Location is very quiet, beautiful views, accommodation great and very good value for money!

This place is out of this world beautiful. Perfect if you're looking to relax and enjoy nature with stunning views all around. Paula is the ideal host, gentle and kind and helped us out when we needed. Rent a car and you can travel to many beautiful places, as the Marche are well worth a visit.

I stayed in Daniele's apartment for 1 month. The apartment is close to the historic center of Chiaravalle with many shops and bars. The place is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need to cook, wash, relax. The place is very quiet and the neighbors are discreet and kind. In the room there is a beautiful balcony overlooking the verdant courtyard of an elementary school with a beautiful view. The bed is super comfortable. The apartment is on the second floor with only a flight of stairs, so it's easy to access. When I return to Chiaravalle, I will definitely return to this apartment.

Catia and her palace are one of a kind! The tastiest eggs and omelettes are only here. Your animal kingdom is sugar sweet! On foot, you can easily reach the small village, where you can find relatively everything. since I was here alone during the low season, I was allowed to choose whether I want to occupy in the tiny house or one of the rooms. Catia treated me as if me and my dog were part of your family! Thank you so much for everything!
