The place in the house was very nice, cozy, clean. No problem communicating with the host, the host was welcoming, helpful, active to chat, quick replies. We were very satisfied in the house, the kitchen was well equipped, everything in very good condition, the house was very nicely cleaned. The host was willing to provide us with cribs, a changing table, a lot of toys, and other baby and baby equipment (baby-frendly) upon request. Check-in and check-out very easy, easy to understand. Sauna and hot tub in top condition. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend, we will continue to recommend your place, I hope we haven't been to your place for the last time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Roman's, the hot tub and sauna in the evening - a great bonus :) I recommend to groups and families with larger children :)

We were guests for a week during winter holidays. The place is located in a very picturesque, quiet and peaceful area. Agata was waiting for us to arrive, helped us get acquainted with the cottage, sauna and hot tub. The sauna and hot tub made it even at negative temperatures. The cottage is cozy, nice style, and very clean. Peace, quiet - we were able to relax. We'd love to come back someday.

Fantastic place we'd love to come back to. Plenty of space, so even when you go in a large group, it will be comfortable. The place looks better in person than in the photos. Great location, you can walk right out of the house to the mountain trail.

The living room was incredibly cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax after a day outdoors. The wellness area was a real highlight and added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Sarkas Cottage is truly a beautiful spot somewhere in the Czech nowhere - - if you want to go into town, you can also get there quickly by car. - The kids had a lot of fun in the hot tub - an in-house sauna would complete the offer. Communication with Sarka was quick, friendly and straightforward. I highly recommend it. ❤️

Well-equipped cabin. There's no electricity and water, but you'll have a gas stove and plenty of drinking water in the canisters. The arrangement is simple and the owners are pleasant. The cabin is secluded by the forest, but at the same time close to civilization. A small minus for a nearby busy road. Otherwise, the entire stay was perfect and to our liking. We'd love to come back.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation in Samaina. The whole house is beautifully equipped, clean and very spacious. It was completely quiet at night and we slept beautifully. We also appreciated the grill, wood, a very well-equipped kitchen, clean towels, and lots of board games for fun:) The house is in a beautiful location and is a great starting point for trips around the neighborhood. Amazing place to relax, beautiful nature for walking, great for trips around the neighborhood, e.g. beautiful Třebíč. The hosts, Martina and Pavel, are very friendly and attentive. Martina is a very creative artist and you can see her work in the adjacent gallery. And the bonus: to come after a day trip on a cold day to a heated cottage was just amazing. Thank you. Kateřina was kind and accommodating. We appreciated that she accommodated our check-in time, which shifted unexpectedly. The cottage was to our liking, everything was clean and tidy. We even got some firewood and charcoal available for the grill. We had a great time, thank you and maybe next time.

I very much enjoyed staying in the house, which had a convenient location for our vacation and beautiful nature surrounding the area. Easy parking was available for a bigger car. We enjoyed the backyard at the house, as well as Petra's responsiveness and recommendations for routes to walk in the area with our dogs.

Delightful space fine-tuned with all the amenities with a beautiful garden with a pond and a private seating area right in front of the entrance to the space. Great location near the Prachovské Rocks. Quick communication with the host, who was very welcoming. We stayed with a baby and a dog. We had a great time and would highly recommend to everyone.

Recently, we've had the pleasure of spending four unforgettable days in this cozy cabin. The perfect place to relax with your family – my wife and two dogs were able to enjoy the charms of nature, enjoying peace and comfort. A large, fenced garden allowed us to freely release dogs, which is an undoubted advantage for lovers of four-legged friends. The location of the chalet itself impresses: surrounded by numerous trails and forest roads, ideal for lovers of trekking and cycling MTB adventures, allows you to spend time outdoors. The proximity of the store and convenient access to Praděd also increase the comfort of your stay, making this place practical and well connected. In summary, staying in this cabin met all our expectations – from comfort, to functionality, to contacting picturesque nature. We recommend this place to anyone looking for harmony, peace, and active relaxation surrounded by nature!

Behind the cottage there is a large pergola with a grill and a nice seating area. We had a great time there.👍👍👍

Great relaxation with friends in a beautiful natural setting. We slept well. A sauna is a big plus. In winter, the cottage took a day to heat up, but you just need to bring warm clothes or heat in the stove. It was warm in the bedrooms since we arrived. Kids and adults loved the cottage.

We enjoyed our stay at Ria and Siegfried's cottage. Our hosts were very likeable and extremely warm people. We received helpful tips and recommendations from them for our trips and restaurant visits. The cottage was beautiful and the outdoor area absolutely fantastic. We would book the cottage again anytime. A beautiful retro-style cottage where we definitely didn't miss anything! We slept well in a quiet environment, the owners take great care of the property, its immediate surroundings, and animals. If you want to get out of the city for a while, it's definitely the perfect opportunity! And when you arrive by electric car, it looks like your car will recharge your car! ;o)
