Villa vacation rentals in Monte Carlo

Our stay was too short, we needed more time to enjoy this beautiful home! Beautiful well kept home, and amazing amenities. Our family of 10 loved BBQing and hanging out by the pool with some blankets. The views from the top terrace for the sunrise was amazing!

Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

Travelers: Two families with 4 kids in total. Total stay Duration: 1 Month The Host: Barbara is very professional and extremely helpful. Dealing with her was great. Such an excellent host. The Location: the house is perfectly located in a private community in Cannes. 12 mins drive to any parking at La Croisette, and 10 mins back. Easy access to the main roads and is close to Supermarkets, Pharmacies and Gyms. The community is gated and Secure. We didn’t face any issues. The House: the villa has been remodeled to fit Two Master Bedrooms ( one on the top floor, and another on the ground floor). The ground floor Bedroom has its own shower and toilet ( though multiple doors involved) but can be considered a Master bedroom. Two other rooms on the first floor share a toilet, and is ok for kids. Kitchen is good, and the garden is spacious. The living room is good enough with a decent TV. All ACs work perfectly and the internet is fast enough. A very pleasant experience. Thanks Barbara

Host was very helpful, accommodating and responsive. The big villa was excellent as were both pools. The small villa was damp and had an odor and the bedrooms were very small. The location was very good as far as getting to many villages but some ubers were not willing to drive to the home. Instructions for the appliances would be helpful. I do not want to sound negative as it is a lovely property but this info would have been helpful to us.

This was absolutely amazing stay! Villa is just gorgeous and has everything you need! Spotless clean and very light inside, big swimming pool for the whole family! Very close to beaches, Nice and Antibes. We loved all the details of the villa and would absolutely go back!

We had a wonderful family stay at Renee's place. The views are absolutely stunning so it was always a pleasure to be in the gardens, especially for meal times. The house is beautiful with amazing spaces. The open kitchen and living area was so perfect for what we wanted for our trip, which was to spend time with family who had travelled from the US. Cooking and being together before meal times and then relaxing together in the evening over a movie. The pool is great and because it is in a separate area down multiple stairs from the main garden, we could play with our toddler without worrying about him making a beeline for the pool. Our bed was really comfortable, as were the sofas and the kitchen is really well equipped, with also a barbecue. The location suited us really well since we had a car and we really enjoyed exploring the riviera. Highly recommended! Keith

Peter and Kristin are wonderful hosts,we were greeted in person by them and introduced to all important tings around the house. Peter was always very easy to reach and very helpful whenever we had any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Valbonne in Peter's villa that is equipped with everything you need, it is incredibly spacious, quiet and in a great location to reach many places around the côte d'azure. We were travelling with our son of 2.5 years and Peter and Kristin provided us with a crib and a high chair for him. Many thanks to these amazing hosts, we had the best time and would always return.

Beautiful villa with a magnificent panorama in front of the Baou de Saint-Jeannet. Very pleasant swimming pool and pétanque court. Patrick is very kind and ultra responsive which makes communication perfect. The villa conforms to the photos. A change of cushions and bath towels and an even deeper cleaning of this beautiful house, would make the stay more than perfect. The only drawback remains the dented road and the small final slope to park. If the holes are filled in the future, that would be great! Thank you very much Patrick for your welcome.

We had a lovely stay. The house is exactly as described. Denis was very responsive to communication and very accommodating for check-in. Recommended!

Justine’s house was perfect for our two families of younger and older children. Extremely well appointed with everything needed and immaculately clean. The pool with a fence was a big plus with younger children. We would stay again!

We had a lovely stay at the villa - very pretty, well equipped and well located. The place is more quiet and peaceful, and the natural light in the whole house is very nice. Alexandre received us very well and was super responsive for the duration of the stay. However, we had a misunderstanding about the pool temperature before we arrived - the Smart Family team committed to correcting the description in the equipment list to avoid future confusion. If you rent the house in winter, try to make sure you have enough gas cylinders for the fireplace for the duration of the stay (main source of heat in the living room). We also had some inconvenience with the hot water tank. We are confident that the team would have been responsive to remedy it but decided not to disturb them since it was Christmas. I would recommend this house, and would be happy to return someday!

Helene’s property was perfectly located, was in excellent condition and we enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. We were a party of 11 (5 adults, 6 kids aged 3-7). House was ideal for families, landscaped wraparound gardens for the kids to run around, several outdoor seating areas for drinks and meals. 5 lovely rooms which we could arrange to suit the 3 families. Great open plan lounge/ kitchen. Highlight was the pool area where we all played and had the best time until almost sunset every evening. The best thing was it was gated so super safe for all the kids and no stress for the parents. We will definitely be back.

We loved our recent stay. Stuart and Andrea are fabulous hosts, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The house and pool area is perfect for a family or group. The house is clean and well equipped with a lovely terrace for evening meals and drinks. it's a private and peaceful location and easy to walk into the center of Le Rouret. We enjoyed vising lots of lovely local towns, which were easy to drive to. I'd highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in the South of France!

This is the place to stay if you love France!

Michele's place is exactly as described. We had enough space with our large family. The pool was a lot of fun for the little ones and there were also extra play activities for the pool. The kitchen is really well equipped and nothing is missing. We definitely recommend a rental car. Uber is easy to get there but more for 4 people. If you want a family van, you wait in vain. Very friendly communication.

Claire’s Villa is lovely, peaceful and really well equipped. We felt right at home. The master bedroom bed was soo comfortable (the other bed also looked comfy but we didn’t use it!) We stayed in November so obviously didn’t use the pool but we were still able to sit on the veranda to have coffee in the sunshine and even had a morning of sunbathing in the pretty terraced garden As many others have said, the walk into St Paul was not for the faint hearted but once you get to know the bends in the road and which side to walk on it’s ok, but it’s just short of 900m each way so maybe not for everyone. Comfy sofa and Netflix was perfect for after dinner lounging! Thank you Claire!

Siegfried and Magali were excellent hosts. Responsive when we needed them, but left us to enjoy our holiday in peace otherwise. The house is comfortable and well equipped, and our family particularly enjoyed the pool house and barbecue area. It's an easy walk into the village for the bakery in the morning and restaurants in the evening. It was a shame about the thunderstorms, but we were cosy inside when the weather was bad. Thank you Siegfried and Magali for your hospitality.

Lovely home to stay in for a group of friends, hosts were very communicative and extremely helpful with flexible check in/out times and local recommendations. Really enjoyed spending time in the villa and cooking amenities were plentiful, pool was clean and sunbeds were comfy. Lots of games and good walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach, and train station.

Thank you to Lana and family for a wonderful stay at your beautiful villa. We were greeted with a very warm welcome and tour, and felt right at home. The location was lovely - away from loud towns and we could fully relax. Lovely furnishings throughout and a beautiful garden! The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are very steep and without a stable handrail to assist we had to take extra precaution, but overall we loved every minute and would go back in a heartbeat! It was fantastic and is a holiday me and my family will never forget. We chose not to use a car, and used bolt (like Uber) to go to places along with the great train lines to other towns, however would recommend one for anyone planning to do lots of adventures every day as you are located in among steep hills.
