Guesthouse vacation rentals in Midden-Drenthe

We had a lovely time in Vroukje's cottage. It's a spacious place and contained everything we needed. It has a beautiful view over a wide open field and the pets are great company. A very heavy rainstorm during one night was a bit noisy on the roof, but we still had a 5 star stay. Vroukjes recommendations completed this with a visit to the lovely town of Hattem and a beautiful walk through the nature of Reestdal and an interesting tour of the farm on our last morning as a bonus. Great place to relax for a weekend. Everything you need was there. Excellent breakfast, served by Mick, at the time that proved useful for us. We walked at the Dwingelderveld and went to Museum De Proefkolonie. Interesting! Would be happy to come back.

We had beautiful days in the apartment. Multiple seats are available to enjoy the beautiful garden. Space, peace and the birds! the kitchen is well equipped. Norbert is very nice and helpful. toppie!

My girlfriend and I wanted to visit Wildlands and were looking for something within walking distance. We chose the location of Willem and his wife because it looked very nice in the photos. Reality did not disappoint. The atmosphere in the cottage was amazing. The amenities were extensive. We enjoyed spending two nights. Bed was very good and were able to sleep wonderfully. Willem and his wife are very helpful. In short, we had a great time in Emmen. Definitely recommended.

The Bnb was very comfortable with a very lovely breakfast. The accomodation is perfect for charging your energy with great activities in the area. The equipment is more than sufficient and you can do your own cooking, but there are also enough restaurants.

The brewery was wonderful! Neat, clean, cozy and equipped with all the comforts. We had a wonderful stay. With as a kers on the cake: garlands and cake for my birthday! Heleen, thank you for hospitality! It was a wonderful weekend in spite of the rain.

The accommodation is well maintained, stylish, pleasant and solid. The beds are lovely, as is the shower and everything is available. We felt our welcome and could sit outside wonderfully. It is very quiet and beautiful in the nature. I would be happy to go back to Drenthe.

A very nice and especially quiet place, with lots of privacy where I enjoyed a few days. Winette is a very warm and nice person who gives you a warm welcome! In addition, she responds quickly and adequately to messages. The cozy space with underfloor heating everywhere, looked even more beautiful in real life than in the photos! Everything is present, and also not completely unimportant: a good bed to sleep in. I had my own bike with me and within 10 minutes you are in the cozy Meppel with nice shops and restaurants. If I go this way again, I will choose this cottage again, it is really recommended!!

A peaceful and quiet place where you can truly breathe and enjoy the serenity—such a wonderful home. The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful; we really wished we could speak the same language to have long conversations with them. The kitchen is small but fully equipped with everything you need to cook. The house looks exactly like the photos—maybe even better in real life. Although the hosts live very close to the house, it’s never a problem. On the contrary, it makes you feel safe and comfortable.

Nice little apartment in a quiet neighborhood! We enjoyed our stay very much. The sauna in particular was a highlight at this time of year. Communication with Jessica was great. Apartment was exactly as described, perfectly equipped and very clean. Therefore really recommended!

Harmen was super friendly and welcomed us, even after 10pm! The Apartment is exactly as in the pictures and everything is clean. We loved the kindness of fresh eggs from her own chickens! Very cozy and quit place. Very compfy bed and we had a wonderfull sleep and lots of privacy! Thanks for this opportunity!

Great place especially with kids

The place is perfectly maintained and I didn't miss anything. The hostess Aukje lives right next door. She is very friendly and if you need anything, then the short walk next door is enough. Good supermarkets close by. Since I was only here for road cycling, I can't write anything about the city of Drachten. But for road cycling, it is an ideal starting point for extensive tours in all directions. I'd love to come back.

Maaike and Roland are incredibly welcoming and very helpful. The house has all the comforts and it is clean, spacious with a nice kitchen. You can sit on the veranda and enjoy the beautiful view. The area has a lot to offer; beautiful bike routes, walks and plenty of options to eat in the nearby places. All in all had a wonderful week and we will definitely come back again. Maaike and Roland, thank you again for your hospitality!

Johannes treated us well. He was very friendly. He offered us to have tea and desserts at his home even though we arrived so late at 8.30 pm already. The best host we met so far on airbnb.

Very quiet at night, very peaceful sleep, excellent coffee, greeted by chickens and a rooster in the morning.

Fantastic place! Wonderful natural/garden. Fantastic hostesses! Cozy cottage on the pool. Place to sit outside and a fire pit. Breakfast was good. Cottage clean, I think that's important to me. Centrum 5 min. Groningen 20 min. We had a good time.

The apartment is beautiful and in a very quite area. We enjoyed our stay a lot. It is big enough to fit 6 people comfortably. And there was a very cuddly cat which was awesome.

I had very nice days in the front house of the farm. It's a cozy space with stunning views over the beautiful scenery. There is everything you need, nice kitchen and bathroom. The area is beautiful and there is much to do. In short, highly recommended!
