Monthly Rentals in Mergellina, Naples

This place met all expectations over five days. I would gladly return here on another trip to Naples. The apt is on third floor but there is a lift. Everything in the apt worked. A good shower and comfortable bed and the laundry was very useful. Be careful not to switch off the fridge (I did twice... there is a switch on the wall..). There is a proper supermarket (Sole365) on the 3-minute walk to the local train station (Mergellina) and plenty of small shops, fruit&veg stalls and restaurants nearby. There is a bit of outside noise from traffic in apt but then Naples is very noisy. You won't be disappointed by this place, which is really made by hosts, who were extremely welcoming, responsive and informative from start to finish.

Staying at Giampiero’s place was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Naples. The apartment was clean, cozy, and full of character — just like the city itself. Giampiero was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed and gave us wonderful tips for exploring the city. His warmth and hospitality made us feel at home from the very beginning. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Naples, you’ll be in good hands!

We had a wonderful stay at Alessio’s place in the Mergellina district of Naples. It was a last-minute reservation, but Alessio was very quick to respond and made the experience fun and enjoyable. Alessio’s place was clean and comfortable, and located in a safe and picturesque area near the waterfront. Alessio himself was friendly and personable, and offered lots of helpful suggestions for restaurants and insights into life in Naples. It’s an amazing city! If you have the chance to go, we highly recommend that you book with Alessio. It’s well worth it.

This apartment is truly exceptional, located on the top floor of a 17th-century palace. The private elevator opens directly onto one of three beautifully decorated terraces, with lush plants, and interesting fragments of ancient architecture seamlessly integrated into the design. The one-bedroom apartment itself is equally impressive. The bedroom has a comfortable bed, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The spacious living room has views of the Tyrrhenian Sea, with Capri visible in the distance and a partial view of Mount Vesuvius. The interior is tastefully decorated with antiques, creating a unique and elegant ambiance. What makes this stay even more special is that it's not run by a company, but is the private residence of Federica's father, a gentleman with great taste in books and music, adding a personal touch to the experience. However, this was easily resolved by purchasing a generous 350GB SIM card from Iliad, a local provider. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone!
