Vacation rentals in Medianía Alta

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. The pools and beach access at the complex were great for hours spent without leaving. Also there are three bigger nice local beaches short drives away. The kitchen is well equipped to cook in and even has a large ice machine :) great applicances including a fridge saved all our food even going 15 hours without electric! The condo is clean and well furnished, AC units work great. (and when without electric the windows opened and let it a cool breeze) the condo # was a little tricky to find at first, as the parking spots are a little deceiving, may be good to include map with confirmation, or just ask at the gate. The gate keepers were very friendly and have an easy process in place for entry.

We had a comfortable stay, and the host was very nice and responsive. Just a small suggestion — the guest bathroom door lock could use fixing, and it would be helpful to have some mugs and plates. Not a big deal since we managed with disposables. I’m confident the host will address it, as they were very receptive to feedback. Overall, it was a great stay, and the terrace deserves a special mention — it was a lovely spot to hang out. We didn’t use the grill, but we really enjoyed spending time on the terrace. Really appreciate Hugo for all that he did. My family and I had to book this Airbnb last minute and he accepted right away and even allowed us to check in early. My family is very appreciative and we hope to stay here again in the future! Thank you!!

Great place to stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Everything was exactly as described or shown in the pictures. Clean and comfortable. The short walk to the beach and to both pools were used several times during our stay. We enjoyed the walk in the evenings with the breeze coming off of the ocean. We highly recommend this place.

My husband and our daughter stayed for 12 nights. When we walked in the condo smelt clean. Everything was neat and not dusty. The area was secure and the neighbors that live in the condos full time are very nice. The pool was right downstairs with access to another near the beach as well. Which is walkable. I had several questions throughout the stay just about places to eat as my teen is picky with food. Not only were they answered promptly, but she could relate. Communication with Yaitza was smooth and she was great to work with. We would most definitely look into renting with her again!

The place was clean and private. It was safe and worked for our stay in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Anytime I had a question With was quick to respond. The AC was a nice reprieve from the heat, and the beds were comfortable and provided a restful night of sleep. The condo was very clean and welcoming. The kids enjoyed the basketball court and the pools. Hopefully we can enjoy the lazy river the next time we come back. The unit is very secure within a gated community, but the neighborhood felt very safe, and we walked to a delicious dinner at a restaurant just down the road. We also attended a church service in the neighborhood and felt very welcomed. My only suggestion might be to beef up the kitchen equipment offerings a bit (maybe include some bar/casserole type dishes like a 9x13 pan, a few more plates, bowls and glasses given the unit accommodates 7 people, and dish soap and a kitchen towel for drying dishes) but we survived with what was provided. My family & I chose this location as it was between Ceiba Ferry, El Yunque, and Other stuff we wanted to do, and San Juan. Upon arrival there is security and they couldnt find me, and didnt let me in( WHICH IS GREAT! The security was very good) i messaged the Host and quickly was let in ! There is a Mercado around the corner and SOO MANY local restaurants. We were able to try so many Puerto Rican Food, which was why we wanted to go to PR. San juan is not so far, maybe like 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Any question we had, we would message the host / Cohost and quickly were responded too. I really enjoyed the view from the condo, the neighbors were very friendly, I even made friends there. There is 2 pools, a hot tub, a kids park, and a beach access directly from the condo! I would LOVEEE to live here forever! The condo was very nice and clean. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen; a small, But VERY convenient and useful Laundry Room. Overall, i 100% recommend this AirBnb.
