Wonderful place, highly recommend! Quiet and peaceful right next to a new public dock (ie easy access), and just a short walk away from the main parts of San Marcos. Sevonne was super responsive and helpful. STUNNING volcano views and a beautifully maintained lawn and garden. Thank you!

Super strategic location, quite wide and close to supermarkets and restaurants, as shown in the photos is the house. Alejandra was very helpful in locating us. Although we were resolved the issue of the parking lot if it is complicated because some neighbors cover the exit and it is a little difficult to close the gate. Quite noisy, if you are looking to rest it is impossible because of the noise of neighboring houses. A spacious, clean home where everything worked perfectly.

Very nice stay about 10 minute walk from the main hub of San Marcos. Secluded and quiet, right on the water. Had some amazing sunrises. Being so close to the water, there will be bugs, but that was expected and manageable with turning lights off/closing doors at night. Bed was very comfortable.

This place was the highlight of our trip. We booked it last minute and stayed for one night. It was so peaceful, the bed is very comfy, the jacuzzi is lovely, and the view is great. The morning paddle board in the morning was amazing. I would definitely recommend this stay. We grabbed pizza and some beverages in town and just hung out here for the night! So beautiful.
