Vacation rentals with a patio in Matanzas

We had a really great stay. The place is just next to the beach. You walk through a small patch of grass and you are on the beach. Alberto is a real gem. He is incredibly kind and helpful. He is willing to help in any way he can. Our stay was way too short. We arrived in the afternoon and had to leave early in the morning. Alberto arranged a taxi for us to get us to the airport. The driver arrived right on time. It all went very smoothly. I would definitely stay again!

It was amazing. The stay was amazing, your place is beautiful and the beach was great. It was the perfect place for our children. This is my second time there. Fidel was the perfect host and met all our needs. It's difficult with the electricity. But even though they have a generator. So you'll still have electricity in the house if something happens. The neighbors' food was delicious and there was plenty of food for everyone. A little expensive, but it was worth it.

Claudia welcomed us in Matanzas and was very friendly and helpful. The flat was very clean, the kitchen well equipped and the rooms spacious. The roof top was very cool and inviting to spend time in the evening. There are many good restaurants in walking distance and it‘s just a thirty minutes drive to Varadero. Fully recommended!

A beachfront house with two terraces ideal for relaxing after sightseeing throughout Cuba, especially for fishing or snorkeling enthusiasts. Sandy beach within walking distance, as well as two good restaurants. Very quiet and not very touristy village. Yurien (the person who welcomes us and brings us meals) is a lovely and very smiling person. Anne-Marie is very committed to her clients and very friendly, you can really count on her.

This guy single handedly saved our last 3 days in Cuba with his solarpanels during the nation wide blackout. (This way we manage to check in for our flights) We never planned on visiting Matanzas, but boy, Alay made it very interesting with his background in tourism. Highly recommended!

Daniel is a friendly helpful host. Nothing is too much to ask him. He helps with anything, even when you ask for buying fruit or vegetables. The location is in a great location: from beach to nightlife, restaurants and tranquility. It also offers complete privacy. Thanks Daniel for the service! In the „Center“ of Varadero. The Beach is 5 min walking. A lot of space in the apartment, good beds, relatively quiet for Kuba 😊 .

This casa was perfect. The rooms are spacious and clean. The outdoor patio area was massive and beautiful. Restaurants and shops were nearby. The beach was just steps away! Housekeeper and Guille were amazing to interact with. He was always available if we had any questions. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Varadero!

I absolutely loved my stay here in Matanzas. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive; the last night I had in Matanzas, we stayed up talking, drinking and they even offered me dinner. Even though the country is facing electrical issues, I only experienced two outages in my stay and they did not last longer than an hour. It did not interfere with any of my plans or cause me any real issues. The house was very clean and comfortable. There was minor noise from the street at night, but that is expected in a town of over 100,000 people. The town itself was clean and safe, and was a nice change of pace from La Habana. Overall, I had a wonderful experience staying here and I hope to return next year. 5/5 stars it felt like luxury after staying in hostels my first week.
