I had a lovely time at Sarah’s place and I’m looking forward to returning in the not too distant future. Sarah is a friendly, responsive host and the apartment is charming and peaceful. Thank you Sarah.

We spent the last week at the Hot Tub by the Waterfall and can't recommend it enough. Tim was a perfect host, great communication and so helpful and kind. The house was lovely, so well set out, with tvs in bedrooms if needed, the showers were so nice to use and such comfy bedding which was lush after a busy day visiting the areas nearby. The hot tub was amazing, with a beautiful outside area, sitting in the hot tub with the sounds from the nearby waterfall and weir, just under the moon, perfect! Also, the view from the bedrooms of the trees and waterfall, stunning! We all really enjoyed our stay and we had family visit for a bbq who were also impressed with house and facilities. We would happily book again!!!

WOW what a week we had at the lighthouse - A sheer wondrous spectacle standing proud on the headland as we sailed into the harbour ! We were met by Nikki at the house who has been fantastic throughout our stay. The house was absolutely brilliant with incredible views from every window! It was remarkably spacious and room for everyone beautifully decorated and well equipped - we wanted for nothing and had to pinch ourselves that we were staying there it was such a privilege! Nikki, Richard and the team went above and beyond to welcome our family and we really appreciated everything ! We had a glorious week of sunshine but it’s a place that gives you drama whatever the weather ! The dolphin jumping clean out the water while we were looking out of the kitchen window was a sight to be hold! We had family from 6 years to 69 and all had a phenomenal holiday - we hope to return - it’s a great base to tour the IOM - so many memories made in a really special unique place - Awesome!

Beautiful location overlooking the ferry terminal. Easy walk to quayside and promenade. Easily accessible parking space immediately outside the door. Although there are 4 single beds in the upper floor, they are very comfortable and the room is airy and spacious. Excellent shower room on each level. This was our first trip to IOM, and we found this a perfect base from which to explore. It depends on the makeup of your group whether a double downstairs and 4 singles upstairs, all rather open plan, will work for you. Hope to return to IOM in the future and will try to book the Boathouse again.

My husband and I spent a month at Amadeus and really loved it. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The apartment comes with weekly cleaning in case you are staying for multiple weeks. It is also convenient to a small grocery store. The location made it easy for us to walk everywhere. A larger grocery (WineRite) is about a 10 minute walk. It is easy walking distance of downtown Douglas, the Promenade, and bus transportation. The area does have some streets that are sloped, so you need to be able to walk up these modest hills. We are older and were able to manage quite easily. There is a lovely park across the street, and a restaurant at the end of the block ( Arrandale House) which offers breakfast and dinner for the Aranndale hotel guests and as well as drop in diners. The owners are delightful and will accommodate special requests. The owners of Amadeus House were very responsive to any requests or issues with the apartment. We highly recommend Amadeus House.

Judith’s apartment was exactly as described and better. The location was fantastic and the views across the beach and sea were stunning. Being so central meant that walking to bars and restraints was easy if that’s what you want. There was plenty of on road and private parking which was great. The apartment is completely sound proof, peaceful, warm and very comfortable. We were on the island for my mums funeral, going back to such a homely place helped make things a bit easier. Judith was a lovely host, very helpful. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend. This was my first time using Air BB and it was brilliant. I’ll use them all the time from now on. 10 out of 10 stay 😊

Perfect for staycation, not too far from Douglas town, really clean and comfortable stay! Kim and Misha makes sure the guests have everything and responsive. Felt right at home and can’t wait to go back!😍
