I was for visiting Ecuador for work and stayed a bit longer than a week in Quito. Cumbaya is a great area and was able to find and purchase all necessary items for a calm stay at the apartment. On top of all, there is a spa, a swimming pool and a parking spot. I was really feeling like at home away from home.

Desde el primer momento, la experiencia fue excelente. El lugar estaba impecable, limpio hasta el último detalle, lo que demuestra el esmero y la dedicación del anfitrión. La privacidad es otro de sus grandes puntos fuertes: ideal para desconectarse, relajarse y sentirse realmente a gusto sin interrupciones ni ruidos. Todo está pensado para brindar comodidad y tranquilidad. Sin duda, volvería sin pensarlo. Una joya escondida que vale la pena repetir.

La entrada si es un poco complicada pero la dueña da instrucciones bastante claras de cómo entrar, por lo que no hay tanto problema. Great airbnb in a beautiful and calm location. Restaurants, groceries, and small fruit and vegetable store nearby. Great for long stays. The neighborhood has become my favorite in Quito. The host is very responsive and accommodating. The apartment is clean with a full functioning kitchen, the patio is a plus. I greatly recommend staying here.

This home was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The host was very communicative and helped us with any questions we had promptly. The area is very fun with lots of great restaurants and bars, though a bit noisy at night. Some reviews had said there were issues with hot water but this was not a problem for us, the host explained how to change the water settings and it was very warm. The air conditioning was excellent. Overall I would highly recommend this location for large groups!

Mi experiencia en el departamento fue excelente. Desde el primer momento, todo estuvo impecablemente limpio, lo que transmite mucha tranquilidad. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila, perfecta para descansar. La decoración es moderna y acogedora, y el lugar es muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Además, el trato del anfitrión fue excepcional: siempre atento, amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda recomendaría este lugar y me encantaría volver.

Es una casa muy bonita razón por la que prolongue la estancia, muy tranquilo y seguro, nada de bulla. La vista de la casa es impresionante desde la terraza y cuarto principal. Paul es un gran anfitrión también. todo estuvo genial.

Fabiola tiene su apartamento ubicado muy cerca de el hospital donde mi tío se operó, su amabilidad es excelente, todo muy bien y recomendable para quienes gusten visitar la ciudad. Excelente vista panorámica. Highly recommended Fabi it’s an amazing host, her place is clean and close to everything.
