Great airbnb in a beautiful and calm location. Restaurants, groceries, and small fruit and vegetable store nearby. Great for long stays. The neighborhood has become my favorite in Quito. The host is very responsive and accommodating. The apartment is clean with a full functioning kitchen, the patio is a plus. I greatly recommend staying here.

This listing is exactly like the photos- spotless, clean and a beautiful modern building. The location is close to several corner stores, restaurants and pharmacies. The streets are well lit and felt safe at night. The host is very communicative and sent clear check in procedures.

This home was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The host was very communicative and helped us with any questions we had promptly. The area is very fun with lots of great restaurants and bars, though a bit noisy at night. Some reviews had said there were issues with hot water but this was not a problem for us, the host explained how to change the water settings and it was very warm. The air conditioning was excellent. Overall I would highly recommend this location for large groups!

My experience in the apartment was excellent. From the moment we arrived, everything was impeccably clean, which conveys a lot of peace of mind. The location is ideal, close to everything but in a quiet area, perfect for resting. The decor is modern and cozy, and the place is very comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. In addition, the host's service was exceptional: always attentive, kind and willing to help. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back.

It is a very nice house, which is why I extend the stay, very quiet and safe, no bulla. The view of the house is stunning from the terrace and main room. Paul is a great host too. Everything was great.

I was very happy with my stay, small details with the use of the facilities that Silvana resolved immediately, but outside of that the place is beautiful, clean, I would return without a doubt, I would recommend the place is beautiful and very clean which is what I loved most, the location is ideal.

Fabiola's apartment is located very close to the hospital where my uncle had surgery. Her kindness is excellent, everything is very good and recommended for those who like to visit the city.
