Irena was an excellent host who provided useful information before our arrival and was flexible when I asked about potential last-minute changes. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated, making our stay very cozy. Each bedroom and the living room had a TV, allowing everyone to watch different shows if they wanted to. Although the kitchen was small, it was well-designed and very functional, equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal. Parking was convenient, with plenty of spots right outside the building. The host covered the parking payments during working hours. While there is no elevator, my mother-in-law managed the stairs to the second floor without any issues. Everything in the apartment matched the descriptions, and the review of the Virgin Mary statue was truly enjoyable!

The villa features a welcoming outdoor area with a spacious terrace, surrounded by greenery. A private pool is visible, complemented by a sun deck and lounge area. Large glass windows and doors of the villa allow for a connection with the scenic countryside view.

We stayed with Nicola for almost a month and we didn't want to leave! He and his whole family are some of the most hospital people we have ever met. Great local tips and so willing to share their love and knowledge of Bulgaria. The villa itself is beautiful. Very well equipped, comfortable beds and a large living space. The complex is just as wonderful, with a well kept pool, gardens, BBQ area and views over the countryside. We had such a wonderful time - we're already planning our next trip. Thank you Nicola!

Spacious 2-storey country house in the small village at the heart of Madzharovo region. All the modern facilities available (short of Wi-Fi). Suitable for small groups or larger families (6-8 people) for a longer period of time. Small shop was working when I was there. Breathtaking sights, natural landmarks, ancient and pre-historic monuments all around (please consult some guidebooks before coming). Car is needed, of course. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our two-nights stay at this place. The hosts exceeded our expectations, providing us a wonderful breakfast free of charge with home-grown veggies. The house and garden are very nice and close to mineral water resort. When you communicate with the host, please clearly indicate the number of rooms required. The property is spacious and very well designed. The garden is suitable for the little ones. It is a kids friendly property.

An indoor pool area is seen with clear blue water under a high ceiling. Potted palm plants are positioned at each end of the pool. Several benches are lined along one side, and caution signage is visible on the floor.

Really lovely family and great hosts. Very grateful to them, had a great time at this guest house, best place we’ve stayed in on our trip. Food was delicious, great pool and gym equipment. Had a wonderful time hanging out by the pool with the family. 10/10 would recommend
