Condo vacation rentals in Makati

You can walk to MOA from the condo. It is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Very small, but clean and quite. The bottom level has lots of shops and restaurants. The pictures show a bed and couch, which is true. It would be very cramped for 4 people. Very nicely finished with wood paneling I felt like I was in a fancy high end room. It's clean and in a good location, if you want a place to sleep after explore manila. highly recommend 👌.

Anne is great host The place is very convenience Supermarket , convenience store , laundry , and so on . It would be convenient for long-term residents.

I am thankful to Sir Rian for many reasons. He was very responsive and his place even had some toiletries for us. I also enjoyed the pool view, very relaxing. I was able to also cook for my husband because everything is complete. Location-wise, we liked it. Everything is perfectly working. I was also able to wash our clothes hence, saved for laundry costs. I also accidentally broke a treasured bowl from his mother yet they considered. I am sorry for that and grateful as well for their understanding. Overall, it was a great place to stay in. I highly recommend. We plan to rebook at Sir Rian’s place whenever we visit Manila. We are very satisfied. Thank you and God bless.

We had a wonderful time and Raquel was very accommodating with our check in and check out dates. The place was very clean and the dishes spotless as well as the linens. The aircons kept it very cool the whole time and the scenic view of the city was beautiful at nighttime.

If you’d like to wake up and walk a few steps to the gondola, ski lessons or the equivalent of a block to Treehouse (for kids), this is the place. It also overlooks the ice rink. Parking is easy and just a short elevator to the condo (under 2 mins condo to car). This is our second stay in this unit and it’s very comfortable, well supplied and allows us to cook almost all of our meals, which we prefer. Highly recommend.

Condo very clean and comfortable. Superb location for entry to all BGC has to offer- which is a lot. Could get my daily 10,000 steps in easily with shade to rest or to get a cool beverage. Very safe and friendly area. Many expats from various countries. We stayed here because our home in Ayala Alabang wasn’t quite ready for move in but would happily stay here again if needed a place for short term. Be sure to water the plants.

We had a great stay. Place was spacious and clean and very convenient for us since we had a competition at a local university.

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at the Avant at the Fort! It was very English-friendly, had great staff, and was very safe. The check-in and check-out process was easy and the host was wonderfully communicative, so I felt taken care of throughout the entire process. The location was amazing! There were many convenience stores and restaurants in walking distance. It is also close to the luxury shopping area, Bonifacio High Street. It is so convenient to not rely on taxis or Grab to get basic supplies or get food, especially as a tourist after a busy day. A large reason I had booked the place was the washer and dryer that was available in unit, which worked wonderfully! Manila was part of a 3-destination trip and having these accessible amenities ensured our group would have clean clothes at our next leg of our journey. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable thanks to the communicative staff, the well-kept unit, and the convenient locale. Would recommend!

Had an amazing stay at her place. I stayed for a week then extend another week and she was very responsive with my request. The caretaker is very nice. I felt so safe and the place is so peaceful. Very secure and private since theres a security in the lobby! Near to a-lot of food chains! seven eleven is just right under the building. Highly recommended! Thanks Maam!

Sustain: - great communication with hosts - optional parking space close to elevator - inviting and attentive reception staff - incredible helper provided for check in - 5 star location and property is very tidy - pool is serviced daily - instructions for laundry are clear and unit works great - beds are restful and clean, smell great - bathrooms are well maintained and clean - air conditioner in rooms work well - silverware and cooking set provided is good - competitively priced for location - overall 4.5 / 5 stars! improve: - listing instructions are clear but I suggest directional bearings (N, S, E, W) - address provided for listing is incorrect and taking Grab or a taxi will send you behind the building entrance. - air conditioner in common area is quite chilly even set to higher temperatures. - main door to balcony has a pinch point flaw with locking mechanism, suggest to service door or update instructions to tilt handle upwards before engaging lock.

We enjoyed our stay here and will surely book it again. The room is so good that gives hotel feels-smells fresh and clean, provided with everything except foods and water to drink 😀 Media entertainment was time consuming like time pass easily and wake up-oh! its to check out. Meaning...we get so comfortable with the place. The host was very accomodating and the place was spotless and clean! Had a very fun and comfortable stay with friends, as we all enjoyed the entertaining activities included with the booking! Mostly had fun with the Ps4 hahaha but everything was worth the price🫶🏻

Smooth and hassle-free check-in. The unit is clean, well-organized, and although it’s a small condo, every piece of furniture is thoughtfully placed, making the space feel cozy and neat. The pool area is impressively large, with sections for both kids and adults. Our kiddos had a blast, especially during the night swimming. Overall, a great stay—perfect for a quick getaway or family bonding. Would definitely recommend and book again!

The place was very accessible, near groceries and restaurants. I you need anything the host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Nice place and convenient.
