Very pleasant stay of 2 months, felt right at home from day 1. Everything was provided. Friendly parents of Adel live next to the house and you can go there with a question, very helpful. This location is highly recommended. From here you can visit different places and a taxi is not expensive. Many restaurants in the area and you can take very nice walks there. I'll definitely be back again sometime.

The apartment was very clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was super friendly and helpful. And the view—absolutely breathtaking! I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back

We have just had a lovely stay at this apartment. It is a beautiful apartment with so much space. It looks exactly like the pictures. A bit of a trek up and down the stairs to get to it, especially with big suitcases. But the apartment makes up for it when you stay there

Stayed a week and it went mostly well - I had a couple issues that Oussema was able to quickly solve or advise me on. One was that it was a bit tricky getting hot water from the shower, but he let me know what to try to fix it. The only problem I had that couldn't be quickly adjusted was that the neighborhood was a bit noisy, but some of that was probably temporary (sounded like some renovation was going on). I wouldn't have spent as much time in the apartment to notice if the weather hadn't turned out to be a bit cold and rainy, so ultimately wouldn't be a big deal for most travelers. The neighborhood has a number of solid restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10 minutes and is otherwise close to a major street with lots of options. It is a bit far from the Sousse Medina, but it's about a 5-6 dinar taxi ride to get there (e.g. the Ribat) which is not bad at all.

The villa was more than what we expected! Personally , we were several members of the same family to stay there, so there were enough beds for each , huge rooms and rooms. The equipped kitchen is very large and beautiful . The pool and garden very well maintained and especially peaceful place where it's good to rest; Too bad we couldn't enjoy the pool this season!!! Hamdouch was very kind and helpful! Always attentive and available!!! We hope to repeat the experience as soon as possible because we had an extraordinary stay! Tunisians are exceptionally benevolent and kind!!!

Very nice apartment in this small family building, perfectly located for beautiful walks on the waterfront. The bedding is great (I want the same!). The place is peaceful. Communication with Wided is simple, precise, and helpful. The family is very helpful and attentive to make your experience the best possible.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!

I had a great stay and made many great memories here! I rented the place for 2 months. The location is good, very walkable and accessible to taxi service as well! Everything I needed was close by. I did some other travels from here and felt very secure in leaving belongings behind. The building is very secure! Any issues I had were dealt with promptly and Habib was quick to respond and very polite and kind! I would definitely return to this nice, beach side location! I did alot of cooking here and found that the kitchen was well stocked with all the basics! Overall, a fantastic experience!😁 Thanks Habib

We had a lovely stay at Nadhem's apartment. Although not central, it is very easy to access the city center by taxi for less than 1.5 dinars. Nadhem was kind enough to pick me up from the train station, he gave me some landmarks in the city and then dropped me off at the apartment making sure I didn't miss anything. I found available: fruit, fresh water, towels, toothbrush,... The apartment is really nice, comfortable and luxurious, true to the photos. It was a pleasure to stay there.

The apartment was great, their location is great and Nebras is a great host. I highly recommend this apartment and I'll come back for sure
