From Anna: Cosy super warm family friendly, safe and quiet. Loved the world map. From Elin: Spacious, Tit tok friendly balcony, nice snowy views. Great WiFi. From Joe: great host, very reactive to queries. Would recommend to our Irish friends. Lovely location to centre of town. Finally Annia aged 10: loved reading at kitchen table and loved big comfy chair where I sat sipping hot chocolate with my book. Great that we never turned on the TV once. Storage room as good with room for coats etc. Kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast each morning.

We loved Karis' house as soon as we entered. It was warm and everything necessary was available. The sauna was easy to use. Our daughter had her own sledding hill and was always outside in the snow playing. It is very safe for children as you are absolutely private. One evening we even had an aurora explosion directly above the property. It was magical. We were here for 9 days and had perfect weather. The location is great for exploring the area around Rovaniemi. You can also quickly reach the supermarket and the city. Kari is a nice and helpful host. We will be happy to come back and can recommend his log cabin to anyone who does not want to stay directly in the city. Thank you Kari for having us as your guests.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was beautiful! We got to see the northern lights from the Jacuzzi on the porch! We will definitely stay here again!

We recently stayed in Minnas house and it was just perfect. The house is beautiful inside and is very cozy and homely. It has fantastic views out the back looking over the frozen lake and there is a little hill down to the lake which the kids used for sledding (Minna had lots of sleighs left outside for the kids to use which was very kind). The location is great as its in a little quite neighborhood in nature but also only a short drive to shops and the centre. Minna is a great host and is very reachable and quick to answer any questions. Thanks for having us.

Amazing Stay with an Exceptional Host! My stay at place was absolutely fantastic! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a perfect visit. The attention to detail truly stood out, from the thoughtful amenities to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and provided excellent recommendations for local spots to explore. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. WOW! This place is stunning in winter. The snow, the surrounds, the frozen river/lake, the cute lights and the house itself is magical. The big snow bunny and squirels in the backyard and..... We had the most amazing northern lights right in the backyard. We had 8 people stay and plenty of room. Such a beautiful home. Lauri, is so nice and friendly and easy to talk to. We rented the space as we were getting married and the back drop of the property for the first look was stunning and so much room for the bride and every to get ready. Stunning home.
