What an amazing apartment. Fantastic location with stunning views, yet very private - no one else was in the complex while we were there. Lots of facilities; the big barbecue and pool were our absolute favourite. 😉 Panos was a great host - very quick to respond and shares tips for places to see and restaurants. Just make sure to bring enough mosquito repellent, if you don’t want to end up as insect dinner.

This is a really beautiful old stable that's a stone's throw from the beach and walkable into town for restaurants and shops. We hung out in the garden loads, surrounded by the orange groves. It was a little noisy at times with the farming and we had to be quiet once the kids had gone to bed, but we had a great time and the kids loved it too.

The home was very beautiful, bigger than the photos. It was 2 minutes away from the sea, great location! It had everything you need, what I stood out as a woman is that she offered a normal hair dryer and, even though I brought mine, it was very positive for someone else she might forget! It felt like home, it was all comfortable and very nice! The person we chatted was very kind, gave us clear instructions and helped us a lot!! We'll definitely go for it again!!!

Wonderful view!!! Location was a little remote, but very peaceful and serene.

We loved Xylokastro and this is largely because of the apartment we stayed in. Easy access to everything we needed and with very good renovation! Both in the spaces and the mattresses, which are necessary for rest. The evening breeze on the balcony in the heat was great!

Our stay was just as I had wished for. Very nice and very clean penthouse. Close to the sea and right in the city. The SPA, which is why we arrived, was half an hour on foot. Communication was very good and very quick. If I travel to Loutraki again, I will definitely see if I can book this penthouse again,

Perfect place, quiet, waterfront! Close to Leonidio for climbing and a good choice of restaurants! Everything you need to cook and a washing machine for your dirty clothes!

We had a great stay at the apartment. The location was ideal and next to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and it was good to have access to the washing machine. The bed was nice and firm with plenty of linens for cold nights. We also stayed warm with the heaters in each room. My friends and I really liked the restaurant next to the apartments. If you give them a day or two notice, they will get fresh fish and lamb for a big feast. We stayed for two weeks and the hosts were very communicative the whole time. The housekeeper is also really nice and if you are staying more than a week will bring fresh towels and linens.

The loft is amazing! We spend four weeks in Kiveri and used some of the time for workation. So for anyone who is interested in working from there: the wifi works very well and the apartment is perfectly equipped for it. Other than that the view is even more breathtaking than in the photos. You can explore the entire area of Peloponnes from there. Christos and his lovely mother are so kind and welcoming. You will enjoy their company very much! Thanks a lot for this wonderful time. :)
