The place is just as shown in the photos: modern, very clean and well-equipped. In addition, the location is excellent: in a quiet neighborhood but a few minutes walk from downtown Puerto Varas and the waterfront.

Beautiful apartment, very conveniently located, close to two supermarkets and the center of Pto. Varas. Everything was very clean and organized. Marcela is very kind, and was willing to move the check-in time for our comfort. It is a fair and ideal space for 2-3 people; I would definitely come back and totally recommended!!

Excellent place with all the amenities, in a quiet place that allows you to rest, the parking is for visitors, it is on a very nice beach, although there are no places to buy groceries that you can walk to

Martin was a very good host, he was always attentive, the cabin had an excellent view, there was a wood heater that helped a lot to keep the place warm, we enjoyed it very much! It was a very good stay with all the amenities indicated, I would definitely come back, it is very accessible to get there since the bus leaves you outside the cabin.

We loved our stay at this apartment in Puerto Varas. The place is spacious, comfortable and perfect for three people. Everything was impeccable: very clean, tidy and well-equipped. One of the great points in favor was the view from the balcony, from where you can see the volcano, which gives it a very special touch. The rustic furniture gives it a cozy touch and context of the place. Communication with the host was great, always quick and clear. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back.

recommended anyway, always concerned about any eventuality, proactive very clear directions and a warm home, they were waiting for us with a warm stove which is very much appreciated, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and you can feel at home. We'll be back whenever the opportunity arises.

The view is really wonderful, you totally disconnect. Karima and Sergio are excellent hosts. I'd be back anyway!!

This house far exceeded our expectations, we were a large family group and we were all very comfortable and had a great time. The house is large and the spaces are well distributed. The patio is spacious and nice and has several areas to be in, with and without rain. The tub is very large and heats up super fast, we use it every day. The condo is beautiful, with amazing views of the volcano and private beach. Everything was really wonderful, we were happy.

Very good location, close to shops, restaurants and the waterfront, with parking inside the house and a perfect garden for my dog. There were no surprises, what we saw in the photos and in the description was what we found, it had everything just right and necessary. Thank you for everything!

First of all, the apartment is very comfortable, and easy to enter, since the service staff is very friendly and they make everything easy upon arrival. Diego responds very quickly, and I appreciate him guiding us with some activities we did during our stay. The apartment's surroundings are very quiet and with beautiful views. There are very good restaurants nearby. I would definitely come back if I had the chance.

A very well located, comfortable and spacious apartment, also very nice. It has entertaining games and many books and they leave you what you need for your arrival.

We had a wonderful time at your place. The view from the bedrooms and living room were magical being 14 floors up overlooking 180 degrees of the bay. So many extras, we felt right at home. We loved being at the beachside end of Puerto Montt away from the noise and traffic, too.
