The apartment was in a central but quiet location, with a garage (very good), and heated floors, which was very nice to be in, Patagonia -La Angostura, with temperatures around 3 to 9 degrees. We were very comfortable there, a cozy apartment next to the main avenue: Arrayanes with all the shops and restaurants of the Villa. Juan recommended places to go and places to eat and supermarkets. I recommend it and we would definitely rent the apartment again. I'm going to comment on 2 situations that have to do with the maintenance of the building and NOT with the rented apartment: 1- the elevator did not work (it was communicated to Juan, the host, who quickly requested the solution of the problem) but the technician has not managed to solve it in the 3 days we were there (it worked for a few hours but then, no more). We were in the 3rd Floor 2- the lock on the building's entrance door is not good, it took a while to open.
