This ancient roman road crosses the villages of Bourré and Montrichard. Your local guide will take pauses, by the river, to tell you all about the particularities of these historic places. All the way down to the breathtaking forest of Chenonceau, where a gourmet break composed of local products awaits you. You will be facing the chateau and its infamous arches crossing the river. Discover the Château and surroundingsof Chenonceau , Amboise or Selle sur Cher located in Indre et Loire (37), seen from the sky. Fly over and discover the Castles spanning the Cher with its majestic arches, the sandy banks, and the various manors and castles built around the Cher. The whole history of France under your eyes. During a hot-air balloon flight, you may have the chance to discover the awakening of the fauna, the hares that trot in the fields, the deer that graze quietly. The experience includes: Meeting in Francueil with the pilot and the crew Preparation of the hot air balloon (about 45 minutes) Safety briefing by your Pilot One hour of flight with memorable panoramas The traditional toast of the balloonists on landing Folding the envelope (in which you can participate) The return by us to the starting point The service lasts a total of 3h30 with one hour of effective flight. Flights always take place one hour before sunset, when weather conditions are favorable. Wear closed-toe shoes and pants, take-off taking place in a field.

We invite you to immerse yourself in our work as a winemaker to develop your sense of tasting. For an hour and a half we will talk about wine and cheese, aromas, taste, traditions, winemaking methods or even the weather. What you'll discover during La Grande Dégustation: • 8 WINES from Domaine Breton from 1989 to 2023 • Small producers CHEESE, bread and wine pairings (4 cheeses) • The secret to making bubbles (traditional or pet-nat?) • The importance of choosing wine glass • The challenges of natural wine facing climate issues • And a bit of history of our area The tasting will take place in the heart of the medieval street of Chinon, in a 16th century mansion where we created our boutique "La Dilettante" as a meeting place to share the history of our family and our winemaking. This workshop aims to regain conscience of our five senses, seeking the natural taste of artisanal products. But above all, the development of your knowledge about the wines of the Loire.

Follow the Cher river to the emblematic chateau de Chenonceau. Your guide will take you for a fun ride through time and history. You will be by and on the river to discover one of the most emblematic chateau of the Loire Valley. A time travel, from an ancient Roman city, through a medieval town, to the most emblematic Renaissance castle, its infamous arches across the river. You will make a pause by the forest to admire the chateau and enjoy a 100% local products picnic. What a view! End up that unforgetable day tour with a great canoe ride under and around the castle to enjoy Chenonceau from the river !

If you like running and chatting with a local, this experience is for you. We will run about one hour, between 3 or 8km depending on the itinerary and our speed. Don't be worried about your running level, I will probably be the slowest anyway. And I won't be worried about my running level, because I'm the one who knows the route ;-) The itinerary will be one of those I'm doing very often. On our way, I'll show you many points of interests from a local point of view. If you have time afterwards, we can have a drink together in a typical French café I like in the neighborhood or even at home. PS: It's probably possible to modify this experience to do an e-bike tour instead, if I tell you where to rent a bike (possible near my place during the summer).

Nous nous impregerons de la double identité de Tours, avec l’évêque régnant sur sa cathédrale à l'est et le bourgeonnement spirituel et économique de Martinopole à l'ouest. Pendant que les cloches tintent, vous sentirez la poussière des rues et l'énergie des pèlerins convergeant vers les reliques sacrées de Saint Martin. Nous découvrirons comment la monnaie, la foi et l'acier façonnaient ensemble le tissu de cette époque vibrante. Mahaut brise les chaînes des stéréotypes médiévaux sur le rôle des femmes tout en protégeant farouchement les trésors de sa ville. Joignez-vous à moi et brandissez l'épée de la connaissance en parcourant les rues médiévales de Tours ! La visite costumée et théâtralisée est un format de visite dynamique et interactif qui vous permettra de revisiter la ville et son histoire sous un nouvel angle. Savez-vous comment on élabore un vin pétillant ou rosé ? Comment le travail dans les vignes ou les vinifications impactent la qualité et le goût du vin ?... Autant de questions auxquelles je vous propose de répondre lors ce circuit complet de visite, du cep de vigne et du raisin au verre de vin, en vous immergeant, le temps de quelques heures, dans un domaine viticole familial en activité. Notre visite débutera par une balade commentée dans le vignoble, où vous découvrirez le cycle de la vigne, les paysages viticoles et le terroir de Vouvray, ainsi que le travail du vigneron pendant l'année. Cette visite guidée dans les vignes sera aussi l'occasion d'en apprendre plus sur les AOC françaises et leurs exigences. Cette randonnée sera suivie d'une visite du chai et de la cave troglo pour découvrir les vinifications et la méthode traditionnelle, utilisée pour l'élaboration des vins de fines bulles. En fonction de la date de votre visite, peut-être aurez-vous la chance d'assister à une mise en bouteille, un dégorgement ou à l'étiquetage? Cette expérience œnologique se conclura par une dégustation de 6 vins de Vouvray/Touraine/Loire servis avec des ardoises de mets régionaux (rillettes de poisson de Loire, fromages et charcuteries de Touraine, dessert local) en accord avec les vins. Un moment gourmand et convivial attendu par tous !

Avec votre dossier confidentiel sous le bras, rendez-vous sur les lieux des méfaits et tentez de résoudre les énigmes laissées par le Cambrioleur. Au cours de votre enquête, vous devrez vous renseigner sur l'histoire des lieux, rencontrer des potentiels témoins, trouvez des indices et surtout faire preuve de logique. 1h30, c'est le temps dont vous disposez pour mettre la main sur l'auteur des Petits Vols... D'On Ne Sait Pas Qui ! NB: je peux adapter ce jeu pour un plus grand nombre à l'occasion d'un anniversaire, EVJF, séminaire... Nous commencerons par aborder les bases de la cosmétique D.I.Y. puis passerons à la réalisation de 2 recettes au choix parmi les suivantes : - une crème de jour - un shampooing - un parfum Pour terminer cet atelier en beauté autour d'une petite collation. Chacun repartira avec ses productions. L'atelier aura lieu dans un appartement non loin du château, à partir duquel vous benefecierez d'une superbe vue sur Saumur et ses alentours.

Do you know how to make a sweet wine, or a rosé and a red wine? What about the bubbles in a sparkling wine? This complete wine experience at the heart of a family winery will allow you to discover the whole wine-making process, from grape to wine. This 3-hour tour begins with a guided walk in the vineyard where you will learn about French 'AOCs' (Appellations of Controlled Origin) in general and about AOC Vouvray - which is produced in this area of the Loire Valley - in particular, about the vinegrower's work in the vines throughout the year. This guided walk will also allow you to enjoy beautiful vineyard landscapes and to discover "troglodytes" - traditional Loire Valley dwellings dug in the limestone. We will then tour the winery and the rock-hewn cellar to learn about vinification, ageing and the traditional method - the process used to make sparkling wines. Depending on the date of your visit, you may be able to attend wine-bottling, disgorgement, labelling, or machine or hand harvest. We will finish with a tutored tasting of 6 Vouvray/Touraine/Loire wines served with local delicacies (Loire fish rillettes, various local cheeses and charcuteries, a local dessert...) to learn about wine tasting and about food and wine pairing. During this wine tasting, you'll have the opportunity to taste all colours and all styles of wine - sparkling, rosé, red, dry and sweet white wines.
