We had a wonderful time in the appartment which was super clean, well equipped and we really loved the garden and the pool infront of the little house. The Location is perfect to go for a trip to kap kamenjak, pula and a lot of nice beaches. Josip and the Family was super kind, always available and provided a lot of recommendations to us. We will definitely come back and enjoyed it a lot.

top furnished and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on the premises, we were able to park ebikes in the house. Only a few minutes walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly point of contact! For us, it was "the best place to be" in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

Review: I had the pleasure of staying at Ivana’s house in Banjole during my summer vacation in Croatia, and it was truly a delightful experience. The house itself was spacious, offering plenty of room for comfort and relaxation. One of the great advantages was the availability of free parking right in front of the house, which made it convenient for us to come and go as we pleased. The location was fantastic, with a wide array of restaurants just a stone’s throw away. We had the opportunity to explore and indulge in different culinary delights each day, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Whether we were in the mood for local delicacies or international cuisine, there was always something to satisfy our taste buds. Another highlight of Ivana’s house was its proximity to stunning beaches. We didn’t have to venture far to soak up the sun, take refreshing dips in the crystal-clear waters, and bask in the beauty of the coastline. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and beauty.

We enjoyed every minute at the apartment. I was particularly surprised by the first-class equipment of the kitchen ... for the first time that it was not only one, but even two pans in top condition. The view from the balcony, especially at sunset, was great. For the mosquitoes in the sheep room and on the Balkom, Ana can't ... ;-)

We booked this great property with friends and our wauzis over the turn of the year. Unfortunately, it was not as bright as we had hoped, but still our "fear"dog was able to enjoy New Year's Eve quite well, as everything could be locked accordingly. In summer, certainly twice as beautiful, as the outdoor area is really great. The house itself is nicely divided and has enough space and space. The location in a cul-de-sac makes it pleasantly quiet and you are in all the cities of Istria worth seeing in no time. The contact via Connor and Tamara (who is the direct contact person on site) was all around great. We enjoyed our getaway.

Highly recommended apartment! Perfect for two people, very well cared for and equipped with everything you need, exactly as described in the listing. The environment is quiet, very close to wonderful beaches and with a nice promenade in a short time you can reach the center of Rovinj. Filip was a super helpful host, friendly and attentive to any of our needs. We hope to be back soon!

We had a great stay and would fully recommend it. The house was just like the pictures, and spotlessly clean. The pool is very well maintained, but very cold in April! The house is really well stock with kitchen equipment/cutlery/crockery and we appreciated the fruit and biscuits left for our arrival. It’s a very short drive into Pula, which is full of cafes/restaurants/tourist spots. The hosts were very friendly and quick to reply to our messages. Overall it was a lovely place to stay.

We stayed in Milena's house for a week now and felt comfortable there. The apartment was actually bigger than we expected. Despite the heat, it was also well tolerated in the house without the available air conditioning. Previously, Milena wrote how it works with the key handover, everything worked out just fine. Milena's son greeted us very nicely. The house was handed over to us clean. With the kitchen inventory, you could replace a few small things. You have everything you'll need. Oven,coffee maker,kettle,microwave…. Price/performance top! The beach is Max.5 minutes away. There are snacks and snack bars. In one of the bars, there was often live music in the evening.
