It was breathtaking. The views were perfect of K-38/K-38.5. I surfed everyday morning and night. This was a perfect spot to go surf. Very grateful. Felt comfortable and had everything I needed. Really nice resort. I will be back! 😁☺️

John's place was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The king size bed was very comfortable, which is very important to us. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony while sipping on our coffee. Though not directly on the beach, we could still see the ocean and hear the crashing of the waves from the balcony. John's place is just a walk away or bicycle ride away from many of the shops and restaurants. Most importantly, it's a very short walk to the beach, to feel the sand between your toes and sit to watch the sunrise. We highly recommend staying here for a beach vacation.

Great location, easy to walk to things or short drives. Kids loved the pool and the yachts/boats passing by on the canal. Wonderful spot, slightly off the beaten path. Highly recommend

Great location with easy access to the pools, ocean and eateries. My son loved being able to fish at the pond by the condo. He caught a few large mouth bass. Area felt safe, it was quiet and we enjoyed our vacation!

Staying at the condo was absolutely amazing. The front door opened up to a beautiful beach view, which made every morning feel like a breath of fresh air. But the real highlight was the balcony — it overlooked a beautiful lake, and every evening we got to watch a mesmerizing water show right from our spot. Location was great! The condo itself was clean, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed for the start of a great vacation. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and scenery, and I’d definitely go back in a heartbeat.

Perfect location, Ocean View, not crowdy, cozy unit, you are getting all you need to stay - coffee maker, toaster, pans, etc. Very clean. Balcony with chairs and table. You can also get beach chairs and umbrella. Like, what else you may need if you have ocean view :) Recommended! p.s. Keep in mind - location under construction and building amenities like gym or indoor pool are not available but host let you know before booking so please check carefully.

This place deserves more than five stars. Marco is an incredible host and his “extras” make the stay so much better. The location was perfect, the accommodations top notch. Highly recommend this property. We spend a lot of time on Isla Mujeres and this is going to be our new “home away from home.”

Spacious and quiet nestled in the heart of Midtown. Hosts were incredibly responsive and hospitable. Great for 2-3 if you’re looking for a combination of historic, local feeling but want the coziness of something updated.

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

The space was perfect for my family. We enjoyed the pool and location was perfect for stores, and near the convention center where my daughter had a competition. Great communication with host was quick to respond.

We had a much needed, relaxing vacation in Yusmany’s condo. The place is well equipped and we especially appreciated the variety of beach towels and equipment since we expected to have to purchase our own. Loved the rocking chairs on the porch and the proximity to the beach, pool and condo restaurant. Thank you!

This was our second stay at Browne’s Condominiums, which offers an excellent location—conveniently situated near a small shopping center and within walking distance of a grocery store (1.4 km) and the beautiful Carlisle Bay (3.4 km) renowned as one of the top beaches in the world. If walking is not your thing, buses, vans and taxis are plentiful to get you to your destination. Toby’s place provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal retreat for small families or couples. We encountered a minor issue with a piece of furniture, but it was addressed promptly and effectively. Given its increasing popularity, I found it fully booked for 2026, which speaks to its appeal. I highly recommend considering this condo for your stay, you will not be disappointed. We look forward to returning!

We’ve stayed at multiple condos in the Park Ave complex & this one is another wonderful place! The location to the pool was very close & we enjoyed being able to sit outside on the screened porch, which had a wonderful view of the swimming pool. This condo had many extra toys for our little ones to play with & pool floats too. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. There was even a great ice maker as well. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We appreciated the extra box fan & TV’s for each bedroom also. Overall we enjoyed staying in building 300 for our long spring vacation & we definitely recommend other’s to stay in this 3 BR/2 Bath too!

I’m very grateful to Laura for reserving this beautiful condo. It’s centrally located, close to attractions, and incredibly convenient. The condo is also in excellent condition. I truly appreciate the host’s attention before and during our stay — it made everything so much easier, and she was wonderfully attentive. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary. The place is just a 15 min walk to Megan's Bay but be warned that the walk is on the side of the road and there isn't a side walk but it was doable. Our AC broke the first night but they were able to get us a new room and the property is stunning with amazing views. Northside grind is a great place to get breakfast/lunch and the bar and grill on the property is good as well. Overall we loved our stay and hope to visit again soon!
