Monthly Rentals in Lake Lugano

Great experience! I had a great time at Enrico and Francesca's apartment. The house was clean, cozy and easy to find, a short walk from the center of Lanzo. Unfortunately the weather was not the best — it rained for several days — and in low season the town offers few activities, but this did not ruin the stay. Enrico was very kind and very helpful, the check-in and check-out directions were clear and precise. I recommend it gladly!

It was just a dream house near a beautiful lake. You feel like you are resting on the lake when you are at the balcony.The house was very clean and comfortable.Andrea was very friendly and helpful.Communication was very fast.Just the kitchen needs some basic herbs and coffee/tea which would be helpful for families.On the other hand, iron,washing machine,vacuum cleaner and baby chair were bonus for us.We would like to come back some day.Thank you

Practical apartment with everything you need

We (a family with a young daughter) stayed four nights at Sebastiano’s place and had a wonderful time. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, very spacious (even larger than expected from the photos), and the balcony and terrace offer stunning views of Lake Lugano. Gandria is a charming, picturesque village with a few nice places to eat. The bus and boat stations are just a short walk away, and there are lovely paths for hiking and strolling. We don’t have a car and got around entirely with public transport — it takes a little planning but works very well. Sebastiano was a great host — very easy to communicate with and proactive, which made everything smooth and stress-free.
