Very friendly, family like service. Don Carlos, Doña Dalila are excellent hosts. Don Calin the assistant was very helpful and polite. Excellent service all around. The location is very safe no need to lock your doors. The view, the lake and all the surroundings were relaxing and quiet.

We were looking for somewhere to spend several relaxing days with things to do for my children (11 and 15 years old). This place was excellent. Since we arrived, Don Mario was very helpful in receiving us at the marina where we left the car parked, it is a short 10-minute trip to the house. The house with its two air-conditioned rooms, living room, kitchen and a terrace where we spent most of the time. The wind makes it super nice to be outside. We jumped into the river a thousand times, used the pedal boat and went to explore the surrounding area. On the last day, no one really wanted to go back. Maria was in constant communication with me and always attentive to any eventuality. We had the support of Elvia in the house, Don Mario's daughter, during the week (paid separately and directly to her) and it was key for us to be calmer, she is a very polite and helpful girl. It's definitely a place we hope to return to soon...

José is super helpful, always attentive to us as guests. The site is as promised in the service, very comfortable and with excellent amenities at an unbeatable price. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is located in El Estor, which is about 1 hour from Rio Dulce, however it is totally worth it since around there are unmissable sites such as the Seacacar reserve, the Boquerón Canyon and the Agua Caliente waterfall and just in front of the accommodation, there is the restaurant of the Ecological Hotel where the attention of Sergia and her family is great
