We stayed for one night with my family. The apartment is very comfortable, modern and clean. We didn't meet Gabriel, but the directions he sent us were very clear and we maintained good communication. We will definitely come back and recommend it.

Beautiful, well decorated and very smelling apartment. Host thought through every detail, with makeup face towels and pool towels. Balcony with barbecue, air fryer, electric pot for rice, another balcony with super comfortable armchair. We love the place and hope to go back!

It was one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in. The accommodation was super clean, location was super quiet and very familiar. The very kind and attentive Host, we received with a handmade note and some biscuits. The apartment has a beautiful sunrise. We asked for food, the concierge called them, asked if he could receive it and sent us by elevator, we don't even need to go down. Super recommend it, we will definitely be back.

Magnificent Central Butuí Apartment - 2 Beds.

Our stay at João Pedro's apartment was quite pleasant. The place is even more spacious than it appears in the pictures and the decor is in very good taste. Super clean, well equipped and quiet. João Pedro received us and gave us all the necessary instructions and indications of the neighborhood. In addition to being in a safe neighborhood, the building has an alarm system for added guest safety. For people with mobility issues it is good to know that there is a flight of stairs. We are very pleased and intend to return to staying there.

A spacious outdoor area features a large swimming pool surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas. Adjacent to the pool, tennis courts are visible, along with modern multi-story buildings in the background under a partly cloudy sky.

Beautiful place, a very nice view from the balcony, the apto. impeccable, as is the photos and description. The tub we love super recommended! they have a divine garden where there is a pool, plants and vines that make the place nicer. we have a great time, 100% recommended! ah! Abril, Lelo and Leona, three beautiful dogs that were always with us, we will definitely be back!

We had an amazing experience with the stay Carla offered us. Everything was very impeccable. What most caught my attention were the utensils, which are of very good taste and quality. We spent a wonderful family Carnival, took my 2 pets that loved the space, it is very closed and safe. We were well welcomed by Vilma, it made us very comfortable, she is a very attentive person, we feel like part of the family. The house has everything, wine and champagne glasses that often do not have in other accommodations, all kinds of appliances and working, big and great pans. The dormitories are large with planned and air-conditioned furniture. There were towels, linens and covers available in the guards very smelling clothes. The swimming pool is extremely wonderful, with a charming sun-guard deck and coffee table, sun lounger where my family and I enjoyed great moments enjoying a sparkling wine in the late afternoon. We heard the sound of birds, quiet place, and with a supermarket about 300 meters ago, we don't even need a car. Finally, I leave here my thanks and we certainly want to go back .
