Vacation rentals in Lafayette

We greatly enjoyed our 4 night stay! The home is very cute and looks exactly like the pictures. The property is beautiful! We loved that we could bring our 3 dogs and we loved giving the donkeys carrots. The house is thoughtfully stocked with food essentials and snacks. Sandy is so friendly and the value is amazing. We would 100% recommend and stay again if we’re ever in the area in the future!

Just got back to the rat race after a peaceful weekend watching the Atchafalaya River go by (between ULL and Ga Southern baseball games). Candy’s place was the perfect spot! Will definitely stay there again!

I highly recommend this location especially if you are in town for sports tournaments. The condo is literally 3 minutes away from the youngsville sports complex and close to numerous restaurants. Heather was highly responsible and accommodating. I will definitely come back.

Dan’s place was amazing for my family. It was very peaceful and extremely clean and furnished great. Very comfortable. Local restaurant recommendations were walkable. Highly reviewed but unfortunately did not get to try it out.

My family and I came to Lafayette for my retirement ceremony from the Louisiana National Guard after 39 years. Lisa was an awesome host and helped make my day special.

Wow!!!!!!! I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb/Vrbo locations. I’ve even owned a short term rental property. None….including my own, comes close to matching the awesomeness of this property!! Mary was such a gracious and thoughtful host. Her hospitality is unmatched. My grand children are still mentioning “Ms. Mary”. This property will now be thought of as a destination for me. Not just a place to stay when I’m traveling to this area. If Airbnb had a program that recognized the Airbnb of the year….this property would definitely be a top contender!!

What a perfect house for what I needed! I originally looked for a home large enough for my bridesmaids and I to get ready. Then after finding this, I decided to also hold my rehearsal dinner here. All of my guests were locals, and everyone was so impressed with the amazing find- this home was beautiful and such a great space. Some of my friends are already thinking of the “girls weekends” we could have here. The porch was absolutely beautiful as well, lined with old church pews. I will no doubt use this place again in the near future.

David was poignant and very clean with the services of the house. Highly recommend this location.

Very comfortable and private, yet still convenient access to i10 and the happenings on Breaux Bridge. Soft linens and exemplary shower experience . Common area is cozy but very comfortable with a nice love seat couch (who new a love seat could rock and recline?!) and the bed was a soft (maybe pillow top) and comfortable sleep. We were at first bothered by the A/C not being on when we arrived, but the A/C unit (just like a common hotel unit) was quick to cool the place down to a very comfortable temp. Pay close attention to Muriel's notes about parking as the yard can get very wet, luckily my AWD SUV got us in and out without any harm to vehicle or lawn.

We had a lovely time in Lafayette. The food was fantastic. The people were great. We plan to go back in October for Acadian festival.

Address was off a little bit but we found it 1501 Herman Dupuis Rd Breaux Bridge, LA 70517 United States is the real address! But I did enjoy the time to celebrate my birthday ! I even went drunk fishing ! Will return for a holiday I wanna pay to rent the boat next time lol

Adrienne was accommodating, friendly, attentive, and helpful. We planned a last minute road trip and booked everything the day of and shortly before leaving actually. Adrienne responded quickly, confirmed everything, and had the light on at the house for us since we made it in late. We do not get to travel as much as we would like but we enjoyed every minute of this place and we appreciate Adrienne for making it so smooth and easy for us. We recommend this place if anyone is traveling that way.

Great location, walkable to downtown. Cute house with everything you need, and a great outdoor space and yard. Awesome stay!

Cottage incroyable, décoré et aménagé avec énormément de goût, situé en plein coeur de Breaux Bridge. Vous avez à disposition dans le logement tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un agréable séjour. Loretta est d’une extrême gentillesse, souriante et de très bon conseil pour les restaurants/ lieux à visiter à proximité. Si vous chercher un logement typique dans un village paisible, ne ratez surtout pas le cottage Downtown, il en vaut le détour, nous avons adoré ! :)

We had the best time at Kim's! When I say she thought of every detail - I mean she thought of EVERY detail. Safe area, private, really comfy beds and linens and little touches everywhere. We will absolutely be staying here again.

We stayed here during Festival International. It's about a 20 min drive from downtown lafayette. Quiet, easy to get to area. The pool was great. House had everything we needed. Hosts were quick to respond. Would definitely stay again.

Great space for our family trip. We were in Lafayette to visit family and the house was perfectly size for our family to stay (4 adults, 5 kids, 1 baby). Everyone had plenty of space and that was in the main house. Overall it was a great value and perfect for our family Thanksgiving trip.

We had a fantastic stay at the Cajun Cottage! Cindy and Bill were exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and full of great local recommendations. The cottage itself was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. We especially loved spending time by the pool—it was the perfect place to relax after exploring the area. Their hospitality made us feel right at home, and we truly appreciated all the care they put into making our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommend this gem of a spot!

We enjoyed our stay and the house. Pool was very relaxing . Neighborhood was very peaceful, and there was plenty of space inside the home , very clean and Accommodating!

Very comfortable and welcoming. Love the way it is decorated and the house was nice and clean. This was our second stay here and it was just as great as the last time. Janice is very responsive and friendly when communicating. The location is quiet and peaceful. The house has everything you could need or want, even the pull out sofa was surprisingly comfortable. 10/10 will be back again ❤️
