Small house close by car to Sainte-Marie, in the middle of nature. Very nice terrace. Air conditioning in bedrooms. Flexible arrival because it's self-contained. Jessica responds quickly to messages as needed.

Pascal and Rolita's place is perfect, very well equipped, the perfect swimming pool for children with its secure railing. The place is very well located to radiate on the island and in a very beautiful area with the Cove of Caravelle and Tartane for surfers. Pascal is good advice, available, interesting and generous, allowing you to enjoy the stay in the best conditions. Thank you, we highly recommend!

The accommodation is very large with beautiful sea views. It is very well located for visiting the north of the island. The owners took the time to meet us at the end of our stay to give us their recommendations for the rest of our trip. We recommend it if you want to visit the north of Martinique and a favorite is the Neisson rum distillery located in Carbet.

So what to say… Just amazing! A property full of surprises. An exterior worthy of a decor store. Very clean and functional "like home" . Calm, soothing, and hidden neighborhood. I would highly recommend.

This was our first trip to Martinique. Having visited Saint Martin last year, I wanted more French but less cruise ship tourists. This fit the bill and then some, although I’m sure we felt a bit “cruise ship” to some. First and foremost, Kevin has been incredible this entire process. I probably required a good bit of guidance and he was very kind, accommodating, and helpful. Communication was immediate and efficacious. When we got to Martinique, his mother was there to show us the property and was a very gracious, informative host. We arrived on a Sunday evening during Carnaval which was an extra challenge for getting either groceries or finding an open restaurant. She gave us great advice and set the tone of the week. The property is as beautiful (or more) than the pictures. We didn’t want to be in a town or on a crowded beach. There is so much to do in a short, drivable distance and you actually get to discover the community as well. I can’t say enough great things.

We were 100% satisfied with the place and the hospitality. The apartment was large, very clean, quiet and superbly equipped for a longer stay. There are mixers, toaster, spices, washing, cleaning, cleaning, cleaning, and dish soap,... Herbs and fruit (currently limes and pomegranate) in the garden. The swimming pool with outdoor shower is great. The house is directly on the sea, unfortunately it is very difficult to swim there. After a difficult journey in the dark, we were very warmly welcomed with fruit, drinks, coffee pods (Dolce Gusto), things for breakfast and a homemade fish tart. Monique and Christian, Cindy's parents are just great. Thank you so much for everything. We can 100% recommend this place.

In a privileged and quiet neighborhood, Dave and Jess are both charming and discreet hosts. A question asked? Immediately comes the answer. The accommodation offers a very good quality/price ratio given the private pool and the location (5 minutes from the sea!) In short, we felt very comfortable right away! We recommend it!

Very good hosting and excellent cleanliness. The accommodation is well decorated and very pleasant. Some ingredients are available to troubleshoot at the beginning of your stay. Location is quiet and convenient to discover northern Caribbean. Can only recommend:)

Beautiful peaceful haven, in the Lamentinoise countryside. The little house in the Coline and tastefully decorated both indoors and outdoors. Philippe is a considerate and very attentive host. A stay beyond our expectations, Liliane is of extraordinary kindness, she offered to pick us up at the cruise port as well as to come with us to do a little grocery shopping for our days at the house. We had a very friendly welcome from our host, with lots of attention like flowers, mosquito repellents, herbs to brew from the garden and homemade accras. We felt like we had a real little house for us surrounded by greenery and the interior and well decorated and clean. The only notes we have are on the bed which is really small for 2 with the screen and shutters above the windows that do not close (permanent entrance door for mosquitoes). however we loved our stay and we highly recommend Marie-Josée's place.
