the property is a dream.. we stayed in the Foresteria, better than the photos!!! Perfect place for those looking for tranquility while respecting and in full contact with nature. Emiliano is a wonderful host, he made us find the fireplace lit, he allowed us to bring our dogs and leave them free in his beautiful estate and he gave us many tips on activities to do in the surroundings... we can't wait to go back !!

Words cannot describe this experience. if you're looking at this...BOOK IT!!!! you won't regret it (unless you despise stairs). This place was out of this world, blew our minds, highlight of the trip. the tower is indescribable. so unique, gorgeous, clean, cozy, every floor an adventure and so exciting to stay and discover it. the host is responsive, kind, arranged transport from public parking to the front door in the center of town. the front door is right on the main square by the cathedrals and museum. we had evening wine and breakfast at sunrise from the rooftop terrace and the views were out of this world. DO IT!!

The property is stunning and a very quiet rural setting. The view is spectacular. At night you can see all the stars. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The house is very clean. Andrea gave us a personal tour of his home and his family history is amazing. We thought it was a very personal touch to greet us at check in. He also called the day of our departure to say goodbye and came to the house for another short conversation. Andrea gave great recommendations for food, groceries, tours, etc. the location of the Airbnb made day trips very convenient. We would definitely come back. We felt refreshed after a few days. We also loved his two dogs!

This Airbnb was an absolute dream. Perfectly located in the countryside, it offered incredible views of the surrounding vineyards and rolling hills—sunrises and sunsets were simply unforgettable. The property was charming, spotless, and full of character, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were warm and helpful, offering great local tips and making us feel right at home. It was the ideal spot to unwind and experience the beauty of Tuscany. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We felt very comfortable on the farm of Cristina and her family. The large meadow between accommodation and pig meadow invites you to linger, which we have often used to play with our little daughter after the excursions. The kitchen has everything you need. For small children there is a high chair, which is very helpful. The nearby village and the residents are all very friendly. all in all a very special experience that we were allowed to have on the farm in our five days. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed 2 nights at Alessio's place & really enjoyed it. It was very spacious, comfortable & had everything we could need. The washer & dryer was an added bonus! The views of the countryside were absolutely beautiful & we found San Gimignano charming & a peaceful changeup to explore during our trip. Alessio & his team were very attentive & we would 100% recommend! Prior to booking, we carefully read other reviews & appreciated the "heads-up" about getting to/from the apartment...parking, hills, steps, etc. It definitely helped us plan accordingly as we initially intended to drive ourselves but instead chose to hire driver(s) which eliminated much of this concern...although after arriving, we realized those issues probably wouldn't have been that challenging after all.

Our stay at Giovanni’s beautiful property was one of the major highlights of our trip to Italy! The location was absolutely stunning and had so many amenities and different spots for breathtaking views of the Tuscan hills. Giovanni was a phenomenal host and made us feel extremely comfortable with a personal tasting of the wine and olive oil that they make on site when we first arrived. The apartment itself was perfectly sized for 2 people and was in a great location close to other smaller villages for restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. I can’t think of a better place to stay for anyone looking to relax and unwind in the Chianti area!

About 10 minutes by car from the town of Castagneto Carducci via a rather bumpy and washed-out gravel road. But then: WOW! Perfectly furnished house, huge garden with well-kept lawn, swimming pool is cleaned daily. Very well-equipped kitchen. The villa located in the middle of the beautiful oak forest on a large clearing; the view is at least as beautiful as in the photos. The (rather new) house really offers a lot of space and is in impeccable condition. The fireplace in the living room and the large grill in the garden are available to the guests. The three terraces around the house offer sun or shade around the clock - as desired. Caterina responded within a few minutes and was there to help us every step of the way. Extremely friendly hostess who lives on the same premises (but remains completely discreet). We really enjoyed the week at Caterina's and would be happy to come back!!

We cannot wait to return! The setting was stunning and the accommodations were luxurious. Our hosts could not have been kinder or more welcoming. One of our top AirBNB’s ever! We also had the chance to participate in one of the farm munches and it was a truly memorable (and delicious) afternoon. Grazie!
