The Nest is a perfect, seaside retreat situated within easy reach of excellent restaurants (the best Pizza place on the Island is beneath the apartment and you can get a discount!), all transport options (buses and cabs and plenty of beautiful walks), and there is a small Morrisons on the corner of the street if you want to cook yourself. Couldn't be better. Dave is a friendly host with a keen interest in making your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. He was very responsive to any small enquiry and basically couldn't do enough even though I was there over the Christmas period. When I arrived some lights were on and so was the heating, which was much appreciated as my journey from the midlands had been tortuous! The Nest is also a very interesting place, part of its owners ambition to start a restaurant and accommodation project on the Island where he grew up - the renovation of both the apartment and the pizzeria beneath is impressive.

Great stay - exactly what we needed. On a main bus route so getting around the island was really easy. Local shopping area for basic groceries / supplies. Accommodations had just what we needed. Slept really well!!! Kate was really friendly and easygoing and we felt safe and secure in the property.

Had a very restful stay in St Aubin. The location is perfect - far enough away from the pubs/bars to feel quiet and private but only a short walk from all the amenities including a small Morrisons convenience store and a good spread of restaurants. St Helier is only a short bus ride away and is a well equipped town with many large high street stores and department stores alongside independent shops and cafés. The stunning Portelet Beach is only a 25min walk from the property and is well worth a visit! We only stayed 2 nights so I’m sure there is more to see in the direction of St Brelade. The apartment is perfect for couples or solo guests and whilst it isn’t huge it has a nice cosy feel to it and is well appointed with everything you need. Vijay responded to all of our requests and was more than happy to help with our early bag drop and additional items for the kitchen. Would happily stay again next time I visit Jersey!

Very enjoyable stay...........functional house in great location with very good kitchen and utensils. comfortable bedrooms............adequate shower. Parking good. Great location for shops, bars and restaurants. Only small issue would be the rather late entry time (4pm) ...............and early exit time of 10am............although I accept cleaners need a window to function. not a great issue for us. Huge added bonus for us is the acceptance of dogs within the house............surprisingly this is not common in Jersey. We shall return !! Bill Paton
