Cozy spacious bright studio with terrace area

Come and discover this warm studio located between Belfort and Montbéliard and close to Switzerland. About 5 km away: Hospital , TGV train station, Easy access via A36. The apartment is new, tastefully decorated to guarantee you the best comfort during your stay in Vézelois. It is ideal for a couple, possibly with a child, or business trip. This 40 m2 studio is on the 2nd floor of our detached house with independent entrance and small terrace at the bottom of the access staircase.

Spread over three floors, it offers storage space on the ground floor, a living area with piano, cozy living and dining room with unobstructed views of the garden and the Doubs River. Fully equipped kitchen. On the second floor there is a new, bright bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine as well as two bedrooms with large beds and an office.
