Great place to chill and unwind for the weekend. Felt really cozy and the ambience and the view was really beautiful. Prathamesh and his team were really welcoming and communicative. Would love to visit again specially during monsoon.

It was a lovely stay. Property is amazing,as shown in the pictures. It was clean as well. Caretaker Rahul was very helpful and took care of everything for us. The host is very responsive to your queries and was accomodating with any early checkin ,late checkout requests as much as possible. Food delivery is accessible in the area, zomato ,swiggy both are available. Quite a few restaurants are available in the area as well. The property is easily accessible through google maps. Medicals and clinics are nearby in case of emergency.

A perfect place to stay with family! If you want to stay in a clean, quiet, tucked-away place, this is the one. This acco will work for you if you have your own transportation and prefer to be away from the hustle and bustleof the Mandrem beachside, yet minutes away from great cafes, restaurants and bars. The kitchen is well equipped to make basic meals and there is hot water round the clock. Parking space is ample and there are interesting plants in the garden :)

we booked the cottage but then decided to go for the main villa. Ms Nandita was kind enough to consider our request at short notice. The place itself is a rustic beauty. The charm of being isolated and the feel of having a house and then garden and then the beach was fully lived at this property. The view from balcony or having your meal sitting by the pool area was soulful. The place is isolated but then that's the charm of this place. Being in the midst of nature and yet a luxurious stay to live at. It's not just the villa but the experience that comes along as you don't feel the need to step out. The beach itself is clean beautiful and amongst the lesser known marvels. Special mention for caretaker Ram and his family who make you feel at home and are so courteous. Visit this place for the unique experience one might get. It's far from the market or the noise of city and that's what makes this place special. Already planning for next visit soon. 2 nights stay wasn't enough.

The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a well-maintained and tastefully decorated living space. The cozy bedroom with a comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, making it convenient for me to prepare my meals when I didn't feel like dining out. One of the highlights of this stay was the balcony, offering a beautiful view and a perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee or enjoy a sunset. The apartment complex itself was well-maintained, and the security measures provided a sense of safety throughout my stay. The location was ideal, allowing easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive to any questions or requests I had, which added to the overall positive experience.

I spent my weekend at this beautiful villa right by Pawana Lake, and it was nothing short of magical. To mention… it rained in the evening .♥️ The villa itself was cozy, well-maintained, and had all the amenities one could ask for. Whether it was lounging on the deck with a cup of coffee or enjoying the sunset by the lake, every moment felt peaceful and rejuvenating. Arjun … very polite and made sure everything was in order. Perfect for a quick getaway with friends, family, or even some solo downtime. My gals and I had a wonderful wonderful time.
