A wonderful place to stay with friends and family. The hospitality was excellent, and everyone was very cooperative. Mr. Ramesh took great care of us and made sure all our needs were met. When you enter it you immediately feel the island vibe. Doc and his 4 dog buddies are the reason that makes the place even more magical. He's willing to tell you everything about the island and the Indian traditions like Theyyam and Kalaripayattu. Also willing to answer all your questions, especially the ones about coconuts; he's the coconut master. And he gave us an inside look into the real Kerala. We stayed in the Matsya house; it was cozy, comfy and clean. The house looks exactly like the pictures on air bnb. You can really see his artistic influence in the house. Besides all of this; the served food prepared by a chef is so finger-licking delicious, 3 times a day you feel like you're in heaven. We'll definitely come back for some liming, nalla. If you're looking for a serene escape surrounded by nature's beauty, look no further! This cabin in the middle of a coffee plantation is an absolute gem. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the neatness and coziness of the cabin. The cool, misty weather was simply enchanting, creating a dreamy atmosphere. Exploring the plantation was an incredible experience, with the aroma of coffee beans filling the air. And the food? Oh my goodness, the food was absolutely divine! Every dish was bursting with flavor and clearly made with love. This was truly a fantastic getaway, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and exploration. I can't wait to return!

we really had a great time staying here.The fully furnished apartment is awesome in terms of its layout/amenities and ofcourse the wide sea view from the 7th floor. Its well ventilated with attached bathroom with all the 3 double beded rooms, well enough to acomodate a group of 6 people. The host is really humble and made sure to help us in all aspects.Its really worth staying here if someone is planning for a nice vacation in Kannaur.Thanks

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Villa Avni. The villa was clean, tastefully designed and furnished, and had all amenities we needed. The kitchen had refrigerator, stove top, and was stocked with pots and pans that allowed us to make light meals and tea/coffee as needed. Our host, Naren, was very hospitable and tended to any requests we had immediately. He offered to show us around, though we could not take up the offer. The highlight though was proximity to the beach - we could easily walk up to it in mornings, evenings and even after dinner. It was beautiful and the section of the beach was mostly empty except for a few locals.
