Vacation rentals in Klaksvík

Wow! You see the cute boathouses all over the Faroe Islands, it was great to actually stay in one. The view off the back deck is fantastic. The space was spotless and had everything we needed. Our favorite stay in thd Faroe islands.

the beauty of this place is something that words struggle with. The views were outstanding and the peacefulness was serene. it may not be a place to bring the kids, but for relaxation, for contemplation it can't be touched. totally enjoyed my night there. on the isolated island surrounded by mountains and the sea

Jakup’s home was centrally located and we were able to walk to grocery stores, restaurants and sights in the town. The beds were comfortable and the comforters were cozy warm. Jakup was very responsive. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

What a fantastic cottage to stay in to soak up nature at its best. The location provided amazing sunsets and magical Auroras by night. There was a super hiking all around one. Immediately we felt welcomed at Birna’s cottage as it warm upon arrival. Fruits and snacks were a welcome gift on table and plentiful supply of everything we needed for our stay. Spotlessly clean, delightfully decorated and a cosy feel. Highly recommended.

We can’t say enough about Marita’s apartment. Very newly renovated and everything was new and perfect! She has a wonderful view from the living room and bedroom of the bay and the town. Parking is free and nearby. And her place was immaculate. There was a little pub across the street several small restaurants and easy access into the rest of the town on their main road. This was probably one of the nicest Airbnb’s that we’ve had over the years! Thank you Marita!

Totally recommended accommodation! Very cozy, clean and comfortable cabin. Special mention to the proper functioning of the kitchen (it only has 2 fires but they are induction and works perfectly). The bathroom, despite being small, is very well used and the shower has good pressure and temperature. Of course the view is unbeatable. I could only improve on having large towels (there were only small towels), but maybe it was because of an oversight. Either way, it wasn't a problem for us to bother the host. If you are about to stay in the area, don't hesitate, it has an excellent value- price :)

Very clean apartment with all the amenities required. Kitchen is fully equipped for us to prepare food. The supermarket is very nearby. There is sauna & jacuzzi as well. The apartment is near the water & view across from the apartment is beautiful with the houses near the water. Very good WiFi connection & a very big TV. Bathroom mirrors are also big with lateral lights. Enjoyed our stay there.

Asa’s apartment was so lovely I didn’t want to leave! Super clean, beautifully furnished and had everything you could need. I would definitely recommend it if you are staying in Klaksvík. If you are travelling by public transport, it is worth noting there is a steep hill to climb with your luggage to reach the house but it is totally doable and well worth the views of the fjords!
