Monthly Rentals in Kingstown

Apollo was very helpful when we required assistance, the property is massive and lovely, the views are unbelievable, the location of the property is up a very steep long hill, but the buses and taxis are readily available, all in all a fantastic trip to St Vincent

This is a very nice unit. It was spacious and the furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Aviar was very responsive when I needed help. She also provided so many nice extras like snacks and cleaning supplies and personal care items - thank you!. The one downside is the location. It is in a safe and quiet area which was good but we did not have a car so it was far away from restaurants and nice beaches if you are on foot. It was remote from the touristy areas and tourist attractions. If you have a car, you will like this place.

Ronel and his wife Fran were fantastic hosts, extremely polite, helpful and easy to talk to. They were very attentive and responsive to any questions that we had. They were also very generous to us while trying to rectify a simple miscommunication and we appreciated that they cared enough to offer. The apartment was spotless and very easy to find. The views from the pool and balcony were breathtaking and all the amenities were as described in the listing. The room service that we received midway through our trip was excellent. Most mornings, we cooked breakfast and ate out on the balcony while we enjoyed the warm breeze and spectacular view. We felt taken care of for our entire stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Thank you Ronel and Fran for being so accommodating and making us feel welcome!

The apartment is very lovely, well kept and Neisa had a lot of attention to details. One pleasant surprise was the abundance of hangers and cloth hooks in the house. Once you have emptied the cases everything has its own place and you feel at home 🙂 The air con is a nice addition but the flat itself is pretty cool. If you have spent some time in a tropical country this is something to be appreciated. I could keep listing the positives of the apartment but I can summarise saying that, if you are driving and you are not looking for something close to the beach, Rosa’s apartment won’t let you down. Neisa and Rosa are lovely, welcoming and accommodating and I can only highly recommend them.
