Monthly Rentals in Kim Sha Beach

Loved the area. We would explore the island during the day. Return to the apartment at night and walk to dinner and stop for a drink. Soggy Dollar across the street had great live music. Hot water was limited, but not a problem. Bring a sound machine, if you have early morning plans, the bands accross the street can be loud, but no a problem with a sound machine. Would definitly stay there again.

As SXM is my second home and being familiar with the island, Linda’s place thus far is the best we’ve stayed in on the island. Extremely comfortable and a great location with parking. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

A super cozy apartment, really well equipped and amazing bedding! Comfortable mattress and pillow. 😍 Everything was there to make us feel good and the instructions were clear. Nadine is a host who communicates really well. 👍🏼

love this place. It's a great location with nearby restaurants, markets, and Kim Sha beach, which is a 7 minute walk. My favorite thing about this air bnb is the safety. There is a guard that let's you into the property every time. I felt at peace sleeping here. I took advantage of the property's pools, which are nice and have great views. Overall, a great stay! Random thing to note: there is no TV in the bedroom upstairs.
