A spacious cottage, decorated with attention, warm welcome. Despite a fireplace, the house is unfortunately less suitable for cold periods. Unfortunately, with the use of air conditioning and fireplace, it was hardly possible to get to temperature. There were also some small problems with hot water. Nevertheless, very pleasant contact with host, attentive and helpful to think about the above points.

Everything is great, the most tranquil village I've ever visited with my family! We went to the church in the afternoons that were literally 2 steps from the house and we were playing with our babies! The house was very beautiful, with a big yard and we and our dogs enjoyed it very much! There is a friendly grandmother who with only one question was running to help us and offer us things for us and our children! The host was very kind and very communicative!! and we didn't want to leave for anything! A tip for those who go to take the road through the city and not the one that the coordinates show them you make a big circle and there is no reason! Through the city to Peyia is much faster! Loved our stay in the apartment. It has everything you could need. Rudi was super helpful and let us check in and out as we pleased. The Apartment was nicely furnished and looked exactly like the pictures suggest. The only thing that’s missing is a few more outlets. :) We can absolutely recommend Rudis Place. Be sure to rent a car if you want flexibility because the busses don’t run that often.

We stayed here for 5 weeks, the villa has everything you need for a comfortable home from home stay. Chrysanthos was very responsive, we had an issue with hot water but he got on to it, sorted an electrician to come and fix straight away (even though it was over Christmas) and the issue was sorted in double quick time. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you can think of. The villa is exactly as described. Due to the time of year we did not use the communal pool, however it looked well kept with plenty of sunbeds. The area of Goudi is very quiet but perfect for our requirements, you will need a car to fet around. In all a perfect stay and I would definitely reccommend. Thankyou
