Monthly Rentals in Kallithea

We were greeted by Tina's mother and she was a wonderful , incredibly friendly,kind and giving lady. So was Tina!The house was very clean,beautifully decorated and well-maintained. The access is very easy and in the area there is everything to see and shop. The host had taken care of all the necessary food in refrigerator and cabinets. We were impressed by the homemade jam that was in the refrigerator. There was no missing any of the necessary electrical appliances and the cabinets were full of cooking utensils. The yard was huge and clean with a beautiful lemon and many plants,all tidy. Our stay in the space was very long and Tina and her mother took care of us as if we were their own people. We will definitely prefer this accommodation again and we strongly recommend it. It was not a simple house for us,Tina made it a warm home. Thanks for everything!!

The studio was perfect! Located in a quiet and safe area, 10-15 minutes walking from the train station. Everything was super clean and I loved the fact that the kitchen was fully equipped (cutlery, cookware, coffeemaker etc.) The owner's responses were immediate, clear and friendly, and the place was easy to find. Would definitely visit again! :)

Great place to stay! Self check in offers great flexibility as we arrived really late and the host was very flexible with the check out time as well! Will return!

perfect for a stay just outside the city center. close to bakery and supermarket. we didn't use the metro or busses so can't speak to that but uber easily accessible in this neighborhood. quiet location, great kitchen and bathroom. comfy bed. would stay again.
