Very nice stay. We were welcomed super nicely and felt immediately comfortable. The view is just beautiful. Perfect for relaxing and going swimming. Nowhere have we slept better.

Staying in Kerstin's house is like living in a Swedish magazine photo spread. Everything is so lovely and so perfectly Swedish. We had a restful stay, listening to the crickets and cooking our own meals and admiring the flowers and fields and old churches. Kerstin was a very friendly host and communicated well. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our time at this place. The view of the lake was stunning, and the place was clean and cozy. The jacuzzi was a perfect way to relax. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

We were two families, 4 adults and 4 children, on a wonderful winter holiday at Stefan's house. We felt very welcome when we arrived at a heated house. The house is very spacious, clean and with a great view to a beautiful lake. Stefan had sent beforehand great instructions around the house, the route there, and the area. There are nice facilities both inside and outside the house, and we really enjoyed the sauna right by the lake. We also had a day skiing at Mullsjö Alpin. We will definitely be back!

Fredrik's home was a joy! The expansive view across Lake Vänern included bird life, small boats and magnificent sunsets. We felt right at home - the kitchen was well equipped, the living area was cozy and the bedrooms were comfortable. Outdoors, we enjoyed it all - the dock and small row boat, the sauna and hot tub. Fredrik's home was private, impeccably clean, uncluttered and filled with natural light. We also discovered many tranquil, easy trails in the surrounding area that took us to other points along the lake. Some of the trails were even within walking distance of Fredrik's home. Groceries, local restaurants and a few cafés were only 15-30 minutes away by car. Coming from Annapolis, Maryland in the USA, some of the hikers we met on the trails asked why were in this part of Sweden. Our answer was easy - it's a magical area and we loved staying in Fredrik's place!

Great place! Really personal, romantic and thoughtful touches. We immediately felt at home and wish we had taken another night here. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Would love to come back 👍🤗

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! We felt very comfortable here, both in the house and in the beautiful surroundings. We were out on the lake by boat and were even able to catch fish, which was a real highlight. We also made nice excursions to the surrounding area and slept wonderfully every night. The fresh eggs from the chickens were great, and we really enjoyed spending time with the cats, dog Ronja, the chickens and of course your dear cows. We especially liked the loving little things in and around the house, and as a little extra we even found a geocache nearby. Thanks to the warm temperatures, we also dared to go swimming! Above all, we were able to fully recover and now feel wonderfully relaxed. We look forward to coming back. Warm regards, Julia

We were up and running so home was perfect as ours was 150 meters from the cabin we used the cabin for shared dining and some coziness in the evening I have asked Johan about a lot of things and have gotten answers in for a few minutes each he is a great host Only downside was that doors should be left open during food lichen due to smoke detector

The accommodation exceeded all our expectations. The location right on the lake is fantastic and offers breathtaking views. The decor is designed with a lot of love for detail and creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere. We felt very comfortable right from the start and had an unforgettable time here. Rarely have I slept as well as in this idyllic, quietly located place. We will be happy to come back.
