What an amazing stay we had at Jeff and Jewel’s place! Nothing was a trouble, communication was excellent and the place itself was so generously sized as well as being set in time and wonderful to wander around in its own right with all its little curios. The chickens out the back and in the neighbours yard were also a wonder for our 3 year old. Such a quiet peaceful location as well. So much to do in Warwick and surrounds, we used our time to go apple picking at Nicolettis, headed to Queen Mary falls and enjoyed local restaurants like Bluebird Kitchen and Smokehouse which was only a short walk from Balcone and absolutely delicious! Can’t wait to book our next trip!

The property was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly. The location was ideal for exploring the area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Thank you for a wonderful family Easter at the Cottage at Kelvin Falls. We all had a wonderful time (including Polly our Dog!). Thank you for being friendly and warm, we loved every detail of the cottage with its gorgeous decor and styling. Its position on your working farm is wonderful, allowing privacy when needed to share in family time. The property has fabulous walks and really beautiful vistas from every window. The kids also enjoyed the fire-pit as the evening weather cooled down a little. The prize at the end was a personal tour of Rowena’s beautiful dahlias…the perfect way to conclude our break!
