A great stay! The view from the terrace was beautiful. Be prepared for stairs. It was nice to be in the old part of town, but in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle.

Very cosy with beautiful view of the Lixouri bay. The loft was spotless and the host left for us lots of goods in the refrigerator at the check-in. Definitely will return!

The apartment is in the middle of Matera old town, countless restaurants around, super nice city but also the apartment.

We loved our stay at Sofia and Mary Lou’s! Such a cute, peaceful loft apartment that was the perfect size for our few days in Kefalonia. The loft was super clean and had everything we needed—it was even stocked with fresh fruit when we arrived which was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment is a short walk from Sami’s port so it’s a very convenient location. Sofia and Mary Lou were such kind and welcoming hosts—they sent us a guide of things to do and see in Kefalonia that we used literally every day and we had so many amazing meals and experiences thanks to Mary Lou and Sofia! Mary Lou was so sweet when we ran into her in town and even brought us some homemade cake. Highly recommend staying here—you’ll feel right at home!!

Wonderful place, and great host! Giuseppe met us when we got there and gave us a great list of things to do and see, as well as places to eat. Space was extremely clean, and came with breakfast items and a Nespresso! Would definitely stay again!

The apartment has an awesome location, right next to all the shops, bars, cafés, bakeries, restaurants etc. It is quite compact but perfectly suitable for 2 people. The view from the bedroom was nice and being on the 4th floor means you don’t hear that much from the lively neighborhood during the night :) Antonis was a perfect host, extremely helpful and responsive. I would stay again!

The place is highly recommended. The location is very good, everything can be reached very quickly by car. But you can also do a lot on foot. Cristian responded immediately to all messages. The value for money fits very well. We will be sure to book the place again.

We had a great time, the apartment is super comfortable, equipped with everything, and is in a perfect location near the center and the sea. They are very caring people, they made us find, in addition to something for breakfast, also some figs harvested in their countryside, very welcome. Super Recommended.

This place is absolutely beautiful and defiantly exceeded our expectations. Assos is stunning and this loft has incredible views overlooking the Kefalonia mountains. Check-in was easy and Maria and her mother were very helpful with recommendations. Super clean and well organised space too. Highly recommend!

superb experience at Arben's! Extremely kind and caring host and family, the mom even prepared bureks for us! Clean, spacious and pleasant accommodation, view of Gjirokaster, very close on foot or by car. Balcony for eating or drinking an aperitif outside... option to park the car in the closed courtyard. Everything for cooking, hanging laundry We loved the city and the place so much that we booked one more night!! If we go back to Gjirokaster, we will definitely be going back to their pretty house!!
