Condo vacation rentals in Iguazú Department

Lalo’s place was absolutely perfect for our visit to the falls, and he was the ideal host. From the start, he communicated proactively and shared a wealth of helpful information that made our stay seamless. The apartment couldn’t be more centrally located—it’s just steps from the bus to the falls, and a very short walk to the main bus station if you prefer to leave from there. The space itself is incredibly comfortable, thoughtfully equipped, and clearly put together with great care. Every detail has been considered with the traveler in mind, which is so appreciated after a long day of exploring. All the furniture was cozy, and we especially loved the little balcony—it was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The stay was wonderful, Erik was always attentive to everything. We arrived in the late evening and he was already waiting for us, communicating by messages to find out how we were doing. That same night we asked him about shopping abroad and he guided us in almost everything. The apartment is super comfortable, it has everything you need to cook right there. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very spacious. We didn't understand the shower well at first, since it's electric, but once you use it, you get the hang of it. The area is quite safe and quiet, it is close to downtown and has a bus stop, supermarkets, cafeteria, kiosks nearby. It's a very good area. When we come back, we hope to stay with Erik again.

An ideal place to stay if visiting for the falls. Has all bascis you’d need and only small walk to the main bus station. The hosts were super helpful and were really quick to respond to any questions or queries we had.

Everything was as promised. The stay was comfortable and pleasant. The only suggestion is that we would have appreciated having more shampoo provided. Otherwise everything was great! Thanks Erik Alejandro :)

Great value for money. Close to the bus, in front of a convenience store and walking distance to the 3 borders. Nothing to say about the cleanliness of the premises. Responsive host. Recommended without hesitation.

The accommodation is totally satisfactory, the apartment and the whole property is beautiful, the pool is great, the gazebo is beautiful. The whole setting is simple and very nice. The common room is great and they have 3 grills. What surprised me the most is how clean and well-kept everything is. The area is the only thing left, the atmosphere is not at all nice, many cracks everywhere but that does not tarnish the excellent experience we had at all. If I go back to Misiones, I'm going straight to Javier's apartment

Alejandro is a great host, very friendly and attentive, from the beginning he gave us excellent recommendations to make the most of our stay in Puerto Iguazu. The accommodation is very spacious, complies with the description and is as in the photos. A unique place for its decor and that led us to remember moments of our childhood. A drinking water bottle was available in the kitchen, and in the refrigerator he left us welcome drinks and sweets. Details that make your stay even more enjoyable. At the time of checking out, Alejandro allowed us to store our luggage, which was very useful to finish knowing comfortably the attractions of Puerto Iguazú. We are very grateful to Alejandro and without hesitation we recommend staying at his place.

Excellent location, very close to the center. A very quiet area. The pool is very clean and safe for children, the apartment was clean and complete. The caretaker is very friendly and willing to help. We loved it!

Marisa is a wonderful person that responds in a second, and it was actually the most clean apartment we have ever been to. I’m very thankful to her and it’s a really rare attitude from an owner - very responsible, kind and she can help you with anything. 10000% recommendation

A great host

The area is very quiet, but central. With warehouses and kioskos at your disposal. The apartment super comfortable, the refrigerator a little girl if you have many days left but we were able to adapt. Kitchen and aires worked very well. The swimming pool is super handy and with a grill, an opportunity to meet very good people. They were always attentive to our needs, I would definitely come back.

To start, excellent service from Mrs. Vanina, she responds instantly and is very attentive if there are any questions or claims. Second, the place is very good, in perfect condition, the neighborhood is super quiet and all amenities. Finally, highly recommended so you can spend a few days with your families.

We only stayed one night in one of Javier's rooms. The room was well equipped and there was a small kitchenette without a stove. In addition, you could use a larger common kitchen for cooking. We would come back.

Great stay option. Everything worked smoothly: check-in and check-out were super flexible, and the place was clean, spacious and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is very comfortable too. From the moment I landed until I left, I felt accompanied thanks to the attention of María Isabel and María Belén, who responded quickly and always with great kindness. It is clear that he has experience in hospitality, his pro activity, answers and recommendations were super helpful. The area is quiet, and there is a convenience store right across the street that accepts cards, which made things a lot easier for me. I walked about 10–15 minutes to the bus station after check-out without any problem. Very happy with the experience. I highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back.

Beautiful stay in Puerto Iguazú. The warmth of Belén, the people who cross in the way, all for others of cute. Also add that we felt right at home. Beautiful everything. More than recommended. If you like animals and don't hesitate to come here, Luna is a great companion and not to mention Tom, the most affectionate cat in the world, even slept with us one night😂. A luxury, 10/10.
