Located in a vacation home complex, which is generally very quiet and relaxing. The house is very efficiently used with 3 bedrooms and is very well equipped. The location is phenomenal! Direct lake access on one side and fantastic nature on the other. There is only one point that could be improved. Check-in was only possible between 4 PM and 5 PM. There must be no traffic jam etc. on the way, because the reception is then also closed. Improvement: Barbecuing is only allowed with gas - either each house should have a gas barbecue or there should be some kind of gathering place where you can book slots for barbecuing.

This is how you do Air BnB the right way! Having stayed in a number of Air BnB's this is without a doubt up there as the best yet I have been to. Kimmie was extremely welcoming, responsive and helpful, we couldn't have asked for any more from our host. The house was extremely clean and we very much enjoyed the hot tub and bath! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed ourselves so much we will be going back soon. Kimmie had kindly set up a safe sleeping cot with appropriate bedding for my daughter along with a high chair and toddler cutlery, it's this attention to detail which made the difference for us. If you are looking for a place to stay on a lovely lake with everything you need, do not hesitate to book!

Everything all around beautiful there :-) highly recommended with dogs and children! Everyone will enjoy the beautiful place. Dogs can enter the lake directly to the left in front of the house, children on the right have a great playground right on the water. The park is well maintained. We would come back! Communication via Silke impeccable and very likeable! Nearest shopping is about 15 minutes by car.

We had spent the most beautiful 3 days with our friends in Holland. The neighbors were very nice. We felt at home. We will definitely be back. In the pictures, the rooms looked large, but this was not the case, but we didn't mind.

We found the place very nice and clean, and it is equipped with everything that is useful for everyday life. The location on the water invites you to relax. We also found the short walk to the well-kept beach to be one of the most beautiful things. Communication with Esmeralda and Frank worked smoothly. We'd love to come back to the cute little house.

Very nice place, very clean, ideally located, and the place is as described. Definitely recommend! Communcation with the owners is very smooth. The hottub definitely adds value to the home. Everything is very well explained to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

Very unique and memorable experience. We had a lovely time with our two children and little dog, found everything we needed. Restaurants, shops, and nice walking routes were all within short distance by foot. There was even a swimming beach for dogs! 😊

A super comfortable house with wonderful garden including trampoline and covered veranda. The park is very spacious, but without uptodate facilities. We have enjoyed this house. Jamy is a wonderful hostess. This location is recommended.

Markus is a great host and has taken excellent care of all concerns or questions and answered them super quickly. The location of the house in the park is great, everything is within walking distance and parking outside the door is also no problem. All in all, we were very satisfied with everything!

The accommodation is as described,clean, well-equipped kitchen..The pool was joy for our children!Only downside for us non-smoking- the smell of cigarettes inside the house (I didn't pay attention that there was no "no smoking" in the accommodation description)..Otherwise we had a pleasant stay..

The landlord couple were incredibly friendly, always smiling and responding promptly. Even though we arrived very late, they waited for us. There’s a lovely dog and chickens in the yard too! Note that this is a houseboat, so don’t expect the same facilities as a regular house. However, the serene and beautiful surroundings offered a unique experience that ordinary accommodations can’t match. The child didn’t want to leave, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful Europarcs environment, quiet and close to Hoge Veluwe. Very spacious accommodation with lots of light and beautiful volumes. Very complete equipment, nothing is missing. Easy and responsive heating. Parking in front of the property. Small concern about receiving the keys because we thought we'd arrive quite late. Finally on Friday the reception is open until 7 p.m. and we arrived just in time. Otherwise, the keys are left at the restaurant which closes at 8 p.m.! Thanks to Daniel for his very responsive communication and for reassuring our concerns. We are delighted with our stay and would highly recommend this listing.

The place looks exactly like the pictures. Located with a direct view of a side bay a little off the public beach, which leads to a very quiet environment. All the unidirectional features work perfectly, but you have to go on a little discovery for vacuum cleaners and fans 😉 All in all a really great stay in a very very nice place.

Overall, we had a very nice getaway. The place is super nice. We and our daughter especially enjoyed the beach with playground and large bounce pillow.

Pleasantly beautiful, neat, well maintained and clean cottage. Flexible guest lady. Great communication. Highly recommended. Surroundings are beautiful. Close to Nijmegen (20 minutes drive). The downside is that the restaurant in the park was closed. I suspect temporarily.

Beautiful place on the Waal. From the garden you can reach one of the small beaches. Wonderful view of the river landscape and the many ships that pass by. Nice base for walks in the area. Spent a nice weekend here, thanks in part to a friendly host.

Very nice apartment in a top place in the heart of Harderwijk. You will get into the shopping street in 5 minutes and you will be on the boulevard in 5 minutes. Literally everything is just around the corner. Dennis is a great host who, together with his wife, ensures that the stay is arranged down to the last detail. Absolutely recommended!!!

Had a wonderful stay at Anne’s Airbnb! The check-in was smooth, the place was spotless, and had everything I needed. Great location—close to attractions yet peaceful. Anne was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Had a great vacation! The house leaves nothing to be desired. The view of the sea is a dream. In the house, everything is clean and tidy. In the immediate vicinity, you will find a lot of things to do and shopping is also available. We will be happy to come back !

Anna’s house suited us perfectly for a few days exploring Amsterdam. The directions were very clear, her home is beautiful and matched the description. It’s a nice quiet family-friendly area, a couple of minutes from the tram stop with easy access to the city centre. There was a supermarket in walking distance. The stairs are a little steep and slippery, but we knew to expect that and it wasn’t a problem for us.

We had a wonderful weekend at Maarten's, in fact we spent our first child-free weekend here and found the desired peace and quiet. The hosts were incredibly friendly and we felt welcome right away. We can only absolutely recommend the breakfast. You don't get such a delicious and great start to the day everywhere. The veranda also invites you to linger and lets you forget everyday life for a moment. Thank you for making this unforgettable weekend possible for us.

Beautiful house. Spacious, clean, nice view. And nice and free. Only thing you hear are birds and somewhere someone who works on the land. So rest everywhere. All provided, nice towels, good beds. Small note, the bedroom with the "older"bed had no direct outside light and air. They had solved it very well, but if you are someone who likes to sleep with an open window, you have to sleep in the room with the separate beds. Wasn't a problem for us, but it's just for your info. We would come back again in a heartbeat.
