Vacation rentals with a patio in Houffalize

Good accommodation, compliant and adequate for one night, in the basement of a family home. The only thing to know is that if you measure more than about 1m85, you will almost touch the ceiling! 🙂

Nice apartment, everything you need. Good for hospital accompaniment. By car 3 minutes, by foot - if you can be told the shortcut - just under 10 minutes. Landlady nice and uncomplicated. Was there for 6 days at the end of March 2025 to accompany my husband isn hospital.

Here we had a great extended weekend! Right in the center of Malmedy, fresh shop across the street, bakery and restaurants within walking distance. Apartment itself is nothing to criticize, everything tip top! Communication with the hosts was very smooth, friendly and always quick to respond. We'd love to come back here!

Beautiful apartment with many amenities on the border of Germany and Luxembourg, cozy environment. Ideal to discover the Luxembourg and the Eifel! Not far from Diekirch and next to Vianden.

We loved staying here. It was right in town. The balcony was huge and nicely set up. The space was nicely laid out to spend time in.

We spent two nights in the apartment and immediately felt comfortable. Our goal was to visit the Aachen Christmas market and hike in the area. For this, the apartment is an ideal starting point, as long as you are traveling by car. We got helpful tips for local specialties from Bettina - the Printen from the Printenbäckerei Klein are simply great.

Excellent stay and great value for money. The property is as described and the pictures are accurate. Clean, comfortable and felt a safe space. The property is not in central Liege, but there is a bus stop two minutes walking which takes around 20 minutes to get into the centre and also stops right outside the train station. There is technically no parking, but the surrounding streets are ‘green zones’, meaning parking is free of charge providing you are not causing an obstruction. There are tram lines outside the property, but they have not gone ‘live’ yet (April 2025) so you can park right outside if you wish. Access to the property was straight forward, with the lock box access code given prior to arrival. The host was very responsive to questions and came across very friendly. The surrounding area does not have much going on in terms of bars. There is a lovely burger restaurant around the corner called Din’O Burger which I would recommend, they also deliver. Would stay again!

A beautiful Airbnb with super friendly and helpful hosts. We were five adults and 2 children under the age of two. Everything was available. Really everything was thought of. I would definitely come back here. Just home but somewhere else!

Charming country house and large garden, with all the comforts plus some small touches. Perfect for discovering the Hautes Fagnes. The hiking and walking or biking suggestions are really welcome. We really enjoyed it with our two daughters. Recommended!

We had a really pleasant stay at this Apartment. Laurence is a really nice and friendly host. The Apartment is nice and cozy and exactly how she described it. We really enjoyed staying at the pool. What a fantastic experience! The accommodation was sparkling clean, comfortable and perfectly located for trips in the Ardennes. We immediately felt welcome thanks to the warm hospitality of Marie-Thérèse. The ambiance was relaxed and extremely family friendly — our kids loved the animals in the yard which really gave an extra dimension to our stay. We will definitely come back!

We look back on a few very relaxing days in Gîtes Doyard, either the stay of host Bert. The contact is already good from the beginning, the house is spacious and equipped with every comfort, the location is really fantastic. The large garden, where the spacious jacuzzi is located in a screened area, invites you to spend the whole day during beautiful spring days. But also visit the area: Houffalize, Bastogne (impressive war museum) Durbuy and La Roche are some recommendations. We are also joining returning visitors for this nice holiday home in the Ardennes. Stayed in the house Felix with my boyfriend and my 10-month-old baby. We were very satisfied and felt very much at home. Everything was clean, new and complete. Communication with Vanessa was also nice and fast. We would definitely recommend it!

We had a comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The furniture was clean, in good condition, and sufficient for our needs. The house was well-equipped, with everything we needed readily available. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the private parking was a great convenience. The view from the property was lovely, and the heating worked perfectly, keeping us cozy. The sofa bed was good for sitting, but for sleeping, it wasn’t very comfortable—it made noise and wasn’t in the best shape. The bedroom, however, was comfortable and well-suited for a good night’s sleep. Overall, it’s a nice place with plenty of positive aspects.
