Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Hispaniola

What I liked most about this home is how spotless and clean it was. Despite already having a time on Airbnb, it looked like they had premiered it the day before! I reject the "best" airbnbs just because of how the bathroom looks, it's the first thing I see, but this one is perfect. The location is not even said, it is one of the best areas in Santo Domingo and close to everything you need. There are 1A hosts. They make sure you don't miss anything, they are excellent conversationalists and give you recommendations from the area and the city. They had extra courtesies that were not their obligation! ***** I recommend it to any traveler, but to those who get along well!

Max was a very responsive and accommodating host. His place was as described. His location is right in the middle of the city, so I appreciated this place had parking and doorman. His home was also larger than expected.

unit was clean and well-appointed. Had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Building and apartment security were excellent. The neighborhood was working class -- solid citizens. No problems. Like all places in the DR, exercise prudence in where and when you go out. stay aware. TVs were particularly good -- smart, large and crisp pictures. easy to pull in our streaming accounts. We found several small, local restaurants in the neighborhood. Nothing fancy, but serviceable. BON Ice Cream store just steps from the entrance. The apartment was also extremely quiet -- no street noise!! Bonus points!! woukd stay again.

This is our third stay at Casa Genesis, and it remains a perfect 10/10. The house is clean, cozy, and incredibly accommodating. Ernesto and Arelis are always quick to respond to any issues that arise. The community is safe and well-maintained. Whenever we visit Monte Cristi, Casa Genesis will undoubtedly be our top choice for accommodations.

This was my second time staying here, the host Kevin was always responsive and Olga was amazing and responsive for anything I needed. The apartment is exactly as stated and much more, with new remodeled items and heated jacuzzi. I have family very close by and still choose to stay here over and over again. A beautiful bright, well appointed apartment with an open view on a spectacular property. Convenient location close to town with all main points of interests close by, especially anything water sports related of course! The hosts both Paz and Ana were incredibly responsive, trustworthy and friendly. We look forward to going back again soon!
